Mini Golf: Please return all putters and golf balls to their designated spots.
Life-Size Chess: Make sure all the chess pieces are placed inside the screened enclosure..
Skee Balls & Ping Pong Balls: Please gather and return all skee balls and ping pong balls to their proper places.

*** Hot tub only runs for 4 hours at a time, and takes 45min to an hour to heat. It will not run continuously during your stay. It will need to be reset every 4 hours***

*** Please note that the annual drawdown of Lake Hamilton begins on November 1st of each year and the refill of the lake will begin between March 1st and March 8th of the following year. The refill is scheduled to be completed each year by March 15th. Keep in mind that this property sits in a cove where the water levels are not as high as other areas of the lake. When the lake is lowered it will be completely dry with no visible water at all.***

*** We ask that you electronically sign our rental agreement within 48 HOURS of booking. An authorization for a security deposit is also required. The signature and government ID must match the first and last name on the reservation and the name on the credit card you have on file. ***

*** We kindly ask our guests to ensure that all trash is securely placed in the street cans, with no loose trash, and taken to the curb the night before trash day to avoid a $100 fine.***

***Please be aware of the local wildlife around the house, including deers, bears, snakes, geese, etc.. While these animals are a beautiful part of nature, they can also pose risks. Keep a safe distance, avoid leaving food outside and be cautious when walking in the area.***

***If applicable: The outdoor sink is winterized from November to April and will not be operable during this time***
