The host was welcoming. The apartment was clean. Master bedroom a/c was very noisy.

Hello Kelly, thank you for staying with us. We would have loved to know that the AC was noisy while you were there so we could send a technician out as we have not had any complaints about this even from the guest after you. We do hope you were able to sleep comfortably. Thank you again!

simply amazing

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Coast Villas. karen's instructions for accessing the apartment were clear and simple. We found the villa spotless and very spacious: the kitchen was well appointed and there was a balcony/terrace on both floors. As there was just the two of us we enjoyed having separate shower rooms :) Location wise the villa is ideal. A well stocked supermarket is a stones' throw away and there's a 10 minute stroll to the shops and top restaurants.. In all we were very satisfied with the villa and would definitely visit again ...i would highly recommend it .

Lovely Stay

My Friend and I had a lovely 12 day stay at Karen's house. The house is very clean and completely true to photos. The bedrooms have extremely high ceiling with A/C and ceiling fans so they stay cool throughout the night with just the ceiling fan. The open plan Kitchen/Living room is great and you can open the front and back doors for a lovely breeze.Karen is a fabulous host, she kept us updated with everything that was happening in the complex and contacted us every few days to make sure we were okay and if we needed anything.Karen also supplied us with beach towels and extra bedding as we kept the property clean ourselves and having the washing machine and dryer meant we could keep everything fresh.The house is in a great location, the closest Supermarket is 3 mins walk away and there are 2 additional branches within a 5/10 min walk. Reduit beach is approx. 15 min walk and you come across all the bars and restaurants as you walk down to the beach.The local bus stops are also within a 5 minute walk of the property and there are taxis outside the hotel one block from the property. For anyone hiring a car, there is parking within the complex directly outside the house.If you are looking for everything to be on your doorstep I would highly recommend you renting Karen's place.Karen - thank you for your hospitality and looking after us. I will definitely book again for my next visit.

We just completed a 2 week stay at villa 3. Our host, Karen was very responsive to our questions.The condo complex is older and it has a small pool area. The pool is only 3.5 feet deep and the pool area is not inviting. The pool loungers are worn and some were broken.The condo was adequately furnished. Unfortunately, our view from the balcony and pool was a vacant building. The close proximity to the main road created a lot of road noise at night.The main advantage was the close proximity to a grocery store and the restaurants and shops at Rodney Bay were within a 10 minute walk. The beach is a good 20 minute walk from the condo.
