Welcome to Sunrise Escape, your peaceful coastal getaway in sunny Fort Pierce! Perfect for families and groups, this spacious three-bedroom home features a heated, screened pool, a fun game room, and plenty of outdoor space to relax under the pergola. Enjoy the quiet neighborhood feel while being only minutes from the beach, downtown restaurants, and the inlet.

Guests have full access to the main home, screened pool area, and outdoor seating spaces. Garage access is reserved for owners, but there is ample parking for up to four vehicles. The pool and yard are shared only with one quiet neighboring guest space on the property—each unit has a completely separate entrance to ensure privacy.

Step inside this bright, coastal-style home designed for comfort and connection. The living area includes cozy seating, a 50-inch Smart TV, and open access to the dining room and kitchen—perfect for gathering with loved ones. The fully stocked kitchen offers everything you need, from modern appliances to cookware, dishes, and a coffee maker for slow Florida mornings.

We enjoyed our stay. The property was very accommodating for my family and close to all my relatives that live in same city.The pool was awesome!

At first glance the property was comfortable. Once we noticed that there was an AC problem it all fell apart. The AC registers, filter, p-trap and flex was a big problem. They are filled with black mold. The bedrooms would not get cold, and the thermostat was controlled by the owner. The middle of the house was freezing. We contacted the owner and when I sent pictures, I finally got a call back and the owner came over. He got a damp cloth and wiped the registers in the middle of the house. Vacuumed the p-trap. Clear water finally ran from it. Before it was all sludge. That did not help. He also said he would lower the thermostat to 70 degrees, from 72, which he controls. That made things worst. So, we raised the temperature and used the ceiling fans so the AC would not keep blowing spores from black mold all over us. When this AC is fixed properly this will be a very lovely location. Black mold is very unhealthy.

When you reported concerns about the air conditioning system, we responded promptly, visited the property, inspected the HVAC components, cleaned the areas identified, and adjusted the thermostat as requested. Following your stay, we also had the system professionally evaluated to ensure it was operating properly. We understand that comfort preferences can vary, and we're sorry the cooling performance did not meet your expectations. However, there was no professional determination that black mold was present in the HVAC system during your stay. Because guest health and safety are extremely important to us, we continue to maintain the property regularly and address any maintenance concerns as soon as they are reported. We are pleased that you found the location comfortable and lovely overall, and we remain committed to providing a clean, safe, and enjoyable experience for all guests. Guests were very nice when I addressed the issue. No mold was found only dust. Guests tampered with AC unit and vents. They overall were pleased with stay yet they requested full refund. Appears guests are scammers looking for a free stay.
