The views from the back decks were amazing all hours of the day. The host was great and responsive to our questions. The house was spacious in a quiet area. Close to the beach, some good restaurants, and most other activities both Norfolk/VB area offers. We enjoyed the area and the stay.

Nine of us descended on this spacious townhouse from all parts of the world for a wedding celebration. It was the perfect place for us! So much comfortable living room and kitchen space. No one tripping over anyone. 4 bathrooms! Comfortable beds! 2 balconies looking out over the water plus a porch at ground level! So quiet! Easy walk to the beach where the kids could play frisbee. Close to grocery stores. Sony, the host, communicated in advance to help us get situated and responded quickly to our particular needs. What a great place for a family gathering!

The property is beautiful and very peaceful. My family and I enjoyed our stay. It definitely felt like home away from home! The home is very spacious and the view was serene. Our host Sony was great. This is a spacious property with beautiful views! Rooms were comfortable. The kitchen had what we needed to cook for a large family. Check in was easy. It was very conveniently located close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. There are some general home maintenance items like chipped paint that didn't impact the quality of our stay but could use some attention. The main issue was the washing machine, dishwasher and jets on the tub didn't work. Sony responded right away and was very apologetic, and attempted to get someone out, but being a holiday week no one was available to make repairs during our stay. Sony was pleasant to work with and stayed in contact with us. The positives outweigh the inconveniences for this lovely stay.

Lovely and Clean

The lodging was lovely. It is 3 blocks from the Chesapeake Bay and has a lovely dock on a river in the backyard. Be advised the place consists of 3 floors. There is a bedroom with master bath on the first floor, kitchen, dining and living room on the second, and the third floor consists of a bedroom with master bath, room with 2 double beds, and between these 2 rooms is a queen bed, bathroom and mini fridge. The place and neighborhood was clean, well organized, and quiet.

Military Family

The view of the river was beautiful, best part of the trip. The house needs some work but overall met our needs. Plenty of beds and room to spread out. We had to wait over an hour past our check in time to get into the property which was frustrating since every moment with our sailor counted before he left for deployment. There were no trash bags so bring your own. Parking is tight and only accommodates 2 vehicles.
