This place is perfect!! We came down for our sons graduation from ODU and it was better than advertised. Only a 5 min walk to the beach. House was very clean and in great shape. Its way bigger than we thought. We will definitely stay here again!

What can I say, except everything was perfect. Brian and Lyly thought of everything. Block and half from beach in a quiet neighborhood. The house is roomy, extremely clean, and plenty of amenities. Being a dog friendly place is a plus. We will definitely be booking again as we visit our monarch. Thank you for a great stay

Perfect Family Vacation Spot!!

This family vacation was wonderful! The house was super clean and had everything we needed. They really have thought of everything to make your stay easy and relaxing! Our kids especially loved the game room!! The beach is just a short walk and wasn’t overly crowded. We visited the VA Aquarium which was fun. We ate out at the Dirty Buffalo and the Shorebreak Taphouse, and both were so delicious! We are already thinking about our next trip here!! I highly recommend this house!!

The property is comfortable, spacious and easy to find everything you need. We were impressed with the home decor and the kitchen labels. The host did everything possible to make our stay during the Christmas holiday a joyous occasion. It was a great family holiday.

Great location, beautiful home

This property was perfectly located for all the things we wanted to do. The beach was within easy walking distance. (not a lot of fancy shells, but so beautiful for morning sunrises!) Just be careful on the little step into the game room. We (6 seniors) blocked the step off with a chair so no one else would fall. I just wish we had more time here!

Our stay at Brian and Lyle’s rental was absolutely perfect! The home offered plenty of space for our entire family to spread out and relax, yet it still felt cozy and welcoming. The kids especially loved the variety of games available, which kept them entertained for hours. It was so thoughtful of the hosts to provide such family-friendly amenities!Another major highlight was the location. Being so close to the airport made our travel incredibly convenient, and we appreciated how easy it was to get to nearby attractions. Despite the proximity to the airport, the home was quiet and peaceful.The property was immaculately clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
