Tile throughout with carpet in the bedrooms, granite in kitchen and baths with upgraded cabinets. This unit has a large lanai with wonderful sunset views. Nestled in the preserve feels like you have no neighbors. All golfing privileges transfer to tenant. Enjoy all the wonderful amenities Lexington Country Club has to offer!
