Bienvenue dans notre petit paradis en Floride!

Venez vivre des journées magiques à notre complexe Barra Villa, réputé pour son atmosphère sophistiquée et ludique. La station se compose de 8 beaux appartements et studios.

Heureusement que nous avons trouvé et acheté cette jolie maison!

La maison se compose de 3 unités: "Appartement Pelican", "Appartement Flamingo" et "Studio Tortue".

Chaque logement possède sa propre entrée, une salle de bain privée, une cuisine et un espace salon / chambre à coucher. Sur demande, nous sommes en mesure de connecter l’appartement Flamingo et le Studio Turtle à un grand appartement pouvant accueillir jusqu’à 5 adultes.

L'espace extérieur commun offre un gril à gaz et de nombreuses possibilités de sièges.

Si vous nous le faites savoir plus tôt, il est également possible de louer la Villa Barra II au complet ou le complexe au complet.

APPARTEMENT PELICAN

Le logement idéal pour les familles!

appartement confortable à deux chambres - salle de bain accessible des deux côtés - entrée directe au jardin - rénové en avril 2017!

Grâce aux deux chambres à coucher, toutes deux avec un lit Queen, les familles avec enfants se sentiront immédiatement comme chez eux dans notre appartement Pelican. L'une des chambres offre suffisamment de place pour un lit bébé et donne également accès à la salle de bain.
Vous trouverez la deuxième porte avec accès à la salle de bain dans la cuisine bien équipée. De la cuisine, vous pourrez rejoindre la terrasse en bois ainsi que le jardin avec un barbecue à gaz et de nombreuses possibilités de s'asseoir.
La salle de bain vitrée comprend une douche, un WC et un lavabo. Nous veillons à ce qu'il y ait suffisamment de serviettes pour votre séjour chez nous.

En bref: non seulement les familles se sentiront à l'aise dans notre appartement Pelican!

The pool was the big draw for us and location second. Close to restaurant, brewery, and Publix grocery store. Wonderful relaxing stay. Dolphin cruise was exceptional.

If you want to visit Historic Ft. Myers this is the place to stay. Clean, shabby chic decoration. Marcus was so helpful and nice. Will be back when visiting Ft Myers.

Cozy and Clean Cottage

This was our first stay at a VRBO property, and I was impressed with the communication and check in process. The cottage was clean and comfortable with a shabby chic decor. The beds were very comfortable. The location is within walking distance to the Publix grocery store and a great coffee shop.

Within walking distance to town

We really enjoyed the pool at the property! We walked to town a couple of times and also to the Publix Store which is only a block away! Condo was clean.

Nice place in a good location

Conveniently located to downtown. Pool was vey nice. If I had a complaint it would be that no local tv or mainstream channels were available, however, we were able to get Netflix and other streaming services.

Our televisions usually offer local channels. However, we have no influence on the interference of any kind. Therefore, we offer as an alternative the possibility to log in with your own account via the Fire TV Stick provided by us at various streaming providers.

Ft Myers D days

Here to visit friends and a quick respite from the winter in New England. Great location. Less than 20 minute walk to downtown Ft. Myers. Nice treed and quiet neighborhood. The pool was a nice one and heated. The apartment was very clean. It would be nice to have an ironing board and iron. It should also be suggested to warn guests about the water. Ft. Myers tap water is safe to drink but smells and tastes of sulfur (rotten egg). Overall quite nice.

Perfect location

We had a wonderful stay. Unit was very clean and kitchen had everything we needed. Communication was excellent. We like having a swimming pool and laundry on the property. The biggest plus, is the location. We like to walk three miles every morning. From here you can walk along the beautiful Caloosahatchee, a very nice kids park, Publix, Nail Salon, Theatre, many, many restaurants and bars and my husband was even able to walk to Physical Therapy. This was our second stay at this property and we look forward to staying here again.

Florida 2023

We stayed in the Pelican apartment in Ft Meyers and loved it. It was small but just the right size for the 3 of us. It is centrally located to all the things we wanted to do on this vacation, had grocery and shopping close by - literally has a grocery store within walking distance. We loved that it had a pool. We spent most evenings relaxing at the pool. Both my daughter and I agreed that we would definitely rent this unit again.

We also find it rather "useless" to provide televisions since our guests spend most of their time not in the apartment but exploring and enjoying Florida! ;)
