This newly built custom home is perfect for your family getaway just miles from Pikes Peak. Summit Lodge is on 2 acres of undisturbed land with mountain views and plenty of space for kids to run around and have fun. Bring your friends and fill all 8 beds here at Summit Lodge. Woodland park is full of adventure from hiking, biking, fishing, golfing, and more! Our favorite part of the home, the open living room and kitchen that look out into the mountain range are perfect for your family retreat and relaxation.

The House sleeps 12 adults, but we allow bookings up to 16 if you are wanting to double up kids on the full beds and couches. The home is equipped with a pack-n-play and a booster seat in the kitchen for any smaller children as well.

Amazing property!! Huge home, great for a big family or group of friends. The house had everything we needed and more. We loved it! The town of woodland park is also very cute. Host was so easily accessible. Definitely would stay here again.

The house was beautiful and perfect for our Thanksgiving family reunion! We highly recommend this house for a relaxing stay!Highlights of the trip were relaxing by the fireplace and in the hot tub. We also enjoyed playing games at the large dining room table and watching the deer that visited daily.

Perfect house for me and 9 of my besties for our annual ladies weekend. The home and property were outstanding. We enjoyed daily visits from deer roaming the property. Everything was updated and comfortable.

The house was great! Loved the large table in the kitchen for dining and games, and the mud room with the extra refrigerator - very helpful. The lanai was wonderful and the weather cooperated for some nice lounging and visiting out there.The manager responded promptly to get us access, when our code wasn't working at first. It was pretty quiet, even though we were in the middle of the city.

Fantastic Property and Wildlife!!

We spent a week at this house and had the BEST time! The house was perfect for our large group of 14–space for us all to gather and plenty of spacious bedrooms. Probably our favorite part was the wildlife—we saw deer every day, including several fawns and even saw a bear cub wander through. (Not a safety concern). Lots of outside space for kids to play and a great view of Pike’s Peak from the patio. The owner’s communication was great, and we had zero issues with the property. Highly recommend!!!

Friends/Family trip

We are 2 families (4 adults and 7 kids
mostly teens!). We spend a long 4th of July weekend at this house and loved it! So much room for everyone to spread out or all hang out together in the multiple living rooms. The back patio and back yard was our favorite space. Beautifully decorated rooms, comfy beds and furniture and well stocked kitchen!! This host has thought of everything! Loved everything about this property!! Would recommend over and over!

80’s ladies

We’re ten longtime friends who graduated high school together, and after our 35th class reunion, we made a pact to start taking yearly trips together. This was our sixth adventure—and without a doubt, this house and host have been the absolute best experience we’ve had so far.The home was beautifully stocked with everything we could possibly need—and then some. What truly set this stay apart was the hostess, who went above and beyond when an unexpected emergency came up with one of our girls. Her kindness, care, and flexibility meant the world to us.We would absolutely stay here again and will be telling everyone we know how wonderful this trip was. A true 5-star experience!

What an AMAZING place to stay! The house was so clean and everything we needed was supplied. The views are beautiful including the friendly deer. Plenty of room to gather with family and friends in one area of the house. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. We just LOVED being there. Didn't want to leave!

Best floorplan ever

We have stayed in a lot of homes, but this one has been the best so far. Floorplan was excellent, easy access to all the modern stores with the feel of being secluded at the same time. Manager of the home was super quick to respond anytime we had a question, and made the trip even better. 10/10 for sure!!!

We love the open concept of the whole home and large kitchen island to gather around. Out the kitchen and living room you can see Pikes Peak shining in all its glory. Take a seat on the back porch or hot tub while grilling out with a view as well!
