Casa de Carrabelle is a 2BR/2BA home located in Lanark, surrounded by sand oaks and pines, overlooking the bay. Enjoy fishing from your very own, private dock or bring your own boat and leave it moored! The public boat ramp is less than a mile away. The home is adorned in coastal decor and has popular amenities such as a swing below the house for sunset watching, a wine cooler, & charcoal BBQ grill. The kitchen is fully stocked including a coffee maker, coffee cups, wine glasses, dishwasher, everyday dishes or a fancier set if you wish. Both bedrooms feature a queen size bed and balcony access. The master has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in-shower. The second bathroom features a tub/shower combo. There is also a full size air mattress for extra sleeping space. The screened in center deck has a ceiling fan and seating for relaxing, as well as access to both side decks. This home is pet friendly, with a 2 pet max. and a non-refundable $100 pet fee. Pets must be approved by owner.
