Great Place!

Our stay here was very nice. It is a great place and a quiet neighborhood. The pool was never crowded and the neighbors are quiet. So close to the beach as well. Would absolutely book again. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Great Easter Weeken

This property was fantastic! It was convenient to Carrabelle, amazing restaurants, and glorious beaches. The area is quiet with friendly neighbors. I would 100% stay here again.

The stay at Carrabelle, Fl was fabulous… the stay at the house rental was exactly as described and better; very easy booking and communication was great. The house was clean and had the necessities that we needed and more. Will definitely revisit!

Clean and comfortable home

Great home base for Carrabelle, Dog Island, and surrounding communities. Had everything we needed for a short stay. Enjoyed the pool and quiet community when we weren’t at the beach or on the boat.

Everything was great. Decorations were done well. Isolation was what we wanted and got Bathtub behind kitchen a little slippery but 5 mat cured that. Met owners who were greatWill go back next winter

We enjoyed our stay, but a few things could have made the experience better. The yard was unkept. Tall grass made walking the yard with a little dog unpleasant. Everytime we came back inside, he was covered in green sticky things that had to be picked off. We contacted the host, and were told they would come cut the grass, but they never did. We did have a lot of rain the beginning of the week, but lots of opportunities to mow afterwards. The neighbor mowed their yard, and all other houses on the street were mowed with well maintained yards. Coffee pot did not work, nor did the garbage disposal. A handyman could be used to fix the garbage disposal and the window that “will fall out”. Plus, the shower curtains desperately need bleached. I have lived with well water and city water. Also, owned a cleaning company for over 20 years. Both shower curtains contain lots of pink mildew on the bottom. Also, a few extra rolls of toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags would be helpful for your guests. Overall, the stay was comfortable, and we very much enjoyed the private location and the wonderful pool! Plus, the neighbor across the street is lovely. Minor adjustments could make this great house truly amazing!

Fabulous Place

Andrea and Rachel were fabulous to work with making arrangements and were very responsive to answering questions and any concerns. The house was as listed, very clean and so cute. We did not go to the pool but it is right beside the house and there were no issues with loud music or kids making noises. Andrea and Rachel thank you for a wonderful stay !! We will be back ! D. OK but could be better

The home was nice, but the rug inside the front entrance was very slippery. I slipped and almost fell. We had to move it. The main bath did not have extra toilet paper or complimentary shampoo, etc. the blinds were raised so high, I couldn’t reach them to pull down at night.

Hi JoAnn, The homeowners were surprised to read your review, as they are accustomed to providing 5-star experiences, and would like to clarify the following:- The entrance rug was freshly laundered before your arrival, which may have made it more slippery than usual. We’ll be adding a rug pad or replacing the rug to prevent this from being an issue in the future.- We’ll be working with the cleaning crew to ensure that extra toilet paper and complimentary toiletries, like shampoo, are stocked before each guest’s stay.- The window blinds are designed with knotted cords to keep them off the floor but are intended to be easily accessible. We’ll check their placement to ensure they are within reach for all guests.Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts.
