**The APARTMENT**
I put a lot of 💕love 💕 into the property. It's a fully modern, tech-enabled casa with many, many amenities.

- Dedicated workspaces: I was a remote worker for years. Enjoy a fully electric adjustable & variable standing desk paired with a dual screen 4k monitor. Plus, there's a printer to print things if you like need that.
- We have 4 sonos speakers throughout the listing. Enjoy tunes on demand or otherwise.
- Also we have Smart TV's in every room in case you want to stay in and cuddle.
- Smart appliances (refrigerator and stove top). Cooking will be a breeze if that's your thing.
- Private grill.

**The LOCATION**
You'll likely fall in love with the location. It's perfect for families or folks looking to have a good time. And, I hope you fall in love with the bay.

**The FOOD**
A little known fact about Pacific Beach/Mission Bay is that it has an amazing curation of different food options. I'll tell ya, the California Burritos are AMAZING in San Diego. Strongly recommend Harry's.
You'll be right next to world class food; whether you're into burgers (I recommend Rocky's), sushi (Sushi Kuchi) or a vegetarian options (Greenhaus Vegetarian Eatery).

**Bayside 10 Person JACUZZI**
You'll love the bayside Jacuzzi. It's located steps to the water. Please check the additional details on how to use it!

**Covered PARKING**
There's one spot available, it's a bit of a tight squeeze. Mid-size SUVs under 68" should fit no problem into the garage.

We truly enjoyed our time at this property. The location was absolutely perfect, and the home itself was incredibly clean and well-maintained. It was the perfect setup for our family and our dogs. We couldn't have asked for a better spot for our trip—highly recommend!

Family of four and we had a lovely stay. Enjoyed the bay walks/bike rides and about a 15 min walk to main mission beach. Was a great setup for us with plenty of room!

We had an awesome stay! The property was exactly as pictured—clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The location on the bay was perfect, offering beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. We especially loved the hot tub after a long day out.The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cookware and essentials, which made it easy to prepare meals. It was also an easy walk to the beach and nearby restaurants, which was a huge plus.Overall, a fantastic experience—we would definitely stay here again!

Buyer beware. This host was non communicative, but full of excuses and passed his operational problems into the guest. He purposefully avoided answering questions and made every inquiry or issue we had a hassle. We were unable to use one of the bathrooms th entire trip and he made maintenance a chore for us to handle when he should have handled it himself. This is exactly the kind of situation Vrbo says you won’t have to deal with when you use them. I’d pick a different place on my next journey. You get what you pay for it seems… oh he even used me booking last minute as a reason it was so difficult.

Unfortunately Mark wasn’t a great guest. He locked himself out of his own bathroom, which he had a key for, and seemingly was very flustered checking in. While we can try to accommodate early check ins, they aren’t always guaranteed. We sent out a repairman and locksmith, yet he was non responsive after they were on site, twice. Mark, I’d recommend responding in the future when we coordinate with you regarding issues with your stay. Best of luck with your future travels.

Good choice for family trip

We had pleasant experience here. The host was very communicative with us. The parking, while in a garage, was very tight for anything larger than a sedan. A minivan was stressful to park with the bikes along the back wall. Street parking nearby is not feasible overnight. The beds were comfortable. We liked the adjustable beds. The kitchen was very nice and modern. There was lots of hot water for all six of us to use. The building is right on the beach on Mission Bay which made it nice and quiet. The posting is slightly deceptive in how the condo is oriented to the beach. This is not a beachfront view and the hot tub shown is not right outside the door, as could be implied by the photos. The beach and hot tub are very close though. If you cannot handle stairs, you may want to reconsider this condo, as the main living areas are only accessible by stairs inside the condo. Otherwise, it was a good place to stay and would consider staying there again.

This condo is clean and spacious, we had a family of 5 with plenty of room! The unit is well stocked and in an excellent location. We found everything we wanted to do was basically a 20 min drive. Beach is within walking distance and the bay is directly in front of the building. We loved being able to walking and running along the water all week. The parking spot is very tight. We made a Jeep Grand Wagoner work but I would not recommend. Host is very responsive and welcoming.

Wonderful condo with everything you would ever need to enjoy the beach including beach chairs and cruisers. Spacious, gorgeous kitchen and very clean. Love that it is pet friendly, complete with doggie toys. Check-in was smooth. Host is very responsive. We had a great time.
