Private apartment near central Charlotte

Stylish apartment with spacious bed and all the amenities located close to central Charlotte. Visited for easy travel to Ren Fair and local cuisine. Would stay again!

We had a great stay in this studio apartment! Location was great, really close to downtown but was nice to be in a neighborhood. The place was perfect for a weekend get away.

Great Spot!

I stayed here for a Tennessee football game, and it was a great experience. The location is excellent—just a short drive to Uptown Charlotte, making it super convenient for getting to the stadium and exploring the city. The neighborhood felt safe, and the property was very clean and well-maintained. The host was responsive and quick to address any questions I had. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Charlotte!

My friend and I had a great stay here. The description and pictures were accurate. Communication was great. Great neighborhood. Walkable to a green spaces and close to lots of cute shops and restaurants. A minor issue came up and was promptly addressed. Definite recommend!

Luxury Apartment

For the apartment itself, everything was almost perfect. The host provided laundry facilities, kitchen utensils, a microwave over, a cell phone charger, towels, and more. The only downside was a malfunctioning icemaker.If driving to the apartment, guests should pack food in a cooler. We could not find a decent restaurant nearby.

Excellent/Phenomenal Stay

Subscription of the apartment was on point. Very cozy. King bed, a very relaxing television viewing space, loved the island for dining and the barn door for the bathroom. Just an extremely relaxing space that I would rent again and again. Neighborhood was great. Nothing about it made me feel uncomfortable or unsafe. Everything was within close proximity of the apartment. Andrew was an attentive host. He even took the time to answer questions before I booked the apartment. Don't hesitate to rent.

New Years Weekend

Me and my fiancée wanted a location center to Charlotte to be able to enjoy New Years without having to travel far and this property is in the perfect location. Just minutes to everything. Not only is the location perfect the neighborhood is beautiful and the property itself exceeded our expectations. The owner is very diligent with his response time. Definitely a gem and would recommend this property for a short or long term stay if available .

Game Weekend

Great place for my wife and I to stay while in town for the ACC Championship game. Great location to get to the Stadium or downtown. The host was responsive from the time of booking, to our late night arrival, and throughout our stay. Very clean, accurate photos. I didn’t know that this was a basement and the rest of the house would be rented as well during our stay. Looking back I should have seen that in the photos, I may have missed this in the listing. The split level is a good setup with separate entrances. We would book again if returning to Charlotte.

Hands down the WORST experience ever. The property was nice however the walls and floor were paper thin. And you are staying under a loud family with several children. You could hear and feel every single step that was taken. At 6am on the dot the second day we are awaken by the screams of the children and constant running back and forth for the next 4 hours. We were not able to sleep at all. It was so bad that even though we paid for 2 nights we left after one because there was no way we could stay another night. The owners should spend 24 hours downstairs so they can understand what a miserable experience it is to stay under them. I would not recommended anyone stay here, ever.
