I would give this home 10 stars if I could! We rented this home for my son’s boot camp graduation. The home was beautiful, comfortable and the owner did an amazing job with all the special touches throughout the home. The neighborhood was very quaint, quiet and the location was perfect! I highly recommend this home!

Everything was seamless, from renting to check-in. We even asked to rent for an extra night last minute, and Marta was very accommodating. The neighborhood was quiet, and it was around a 20 minute drive to Navy RTC. The house was clean, and the gaming options were a plus.

This neighborhood is SO much more appealing than it seems at first glance and the house is great. An extraordinary coffee place inside a small Latino grocery is a 5 min drive away (called culture and coffee or something like that), the beds are super comfy, yard lovely for a bbq, kitchen well stocked, and there area a gazillion solid grocery stores (not fancy Whole Foods stuff - but affordable high quality spots. especially excellent for produce) within a 10 min drive. The game room didn’t get used but seemed amazing. The price was a touch high compared to other area houses, and two bathrooms is a limitation - but both baths were VERY nicely outfitted and easy to share (ie not thru someone’s bedroom!). Overall I would absolutely recommend!

The house exceeded our expectations! Marta was responsive and accommodating. Perfect for a family gathering of all ages. There was unexpected snow and Marta had driveway shoveled and sidewalks salted in time for us to make an airport run. Highly recommended!

Came into town for a bridal shower, house was very clean and very comfortable loving space. Excellent amenities, more than we needed. Kitchen was very well equipped which we appreciated as we did a lot of cooking. Games were definitely utilized!

This was a great experience. Marta was great to work with and responded quickly to my questions before and during the stay. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The kids enjoyed the games and separate space in the basement.

Great property for families, especially those visiting Great America or Naval Base.

This is a comfortable, stylish home in a tidy neighborhood with a basement full of fun activities. Our teenagers really enjoyed having the separate space to hang out and play pool, ping pong, and more. The large TVs in three of the bedrooms plus the living room and basement give everyone a place to gather or unwind from a long day.Marta is a great host. She responded promptly to questions we texted before and during our stay.

Very cozy home in a residential area of Waukegan. Very close to Six Flags, Gurnee Mills mall, and Waukegan beach. Close enough to Chicago but without the hustle and bustle.Had fun with the pool table and other games in the basement after days out and about.Very clean, and well kept. Very close to Lewis Fresh Market for your grocery needs. Has a nice grill on those nice days.Welcoming with some of your basic amenities to get started.Would definitely recommend and would book again.Thank you for sharing your property with us.

This house was exactly what we needed for a larger/extended family as my daughter graduated from Navy RTC. The house is exactly like the pictures. Very nicely updated with nice touches- like quiet cabinets (since we had to leave very early before the rest of our party 2 mornings in a row). It was in a secure neighborhood and the people are friendly. The accommodations were well appointed for lounging, which did become important for us. It was close enough to base and was a perfect place for my Sailor to have a peaceful moment with the whole family after 10 weeks of boot camp. Marta was super responsive and the house was so clean. Oh, the shampoo smells wonderful. This place could not have been better for us to have a low key family gathering with something for everyone.

This is a lovely property. The house was immaculate. I was extremely impressed with how the hosts have maximized the space. The house had everything we needed for our group of ten, ranging in age from 10 to 80! Marta communicated promptly and thoroughly. We had zero issues. I highly recommend this property if you are staying in Waukegan. If you have downtime, check out Illinois State Beach in Zion for a beautiful shoreline, the Waukegan marina for ice cream or a walk (or jog) through Lyons Woods Forest Preserve trails. Thank you Marta for a wonderful stay.

The home is absolutely beautiful, located in a quiet community. Upon walking in, you instantly notice that aroma of a freshly cleaned house. There are more than enough materials to use for cooking and cleaning. There are also accommodations such as a coffee machine for the caffeine lovers. The amenities such as the pool table, ping pong table, darts, and axe throwing are all well kept. This homeowners do truly intend for you to have an amazing stay at their home.
