Lakeview Haven is offered on a limited seasonal basis, generally from October through February 28, as the owners reserve the residence for personal use during the remainder of the year. The October 2026 through February 2027 rental season is currently fully reserved. Future seasonal availability will be offered as dates are released by the owners.

The spacious interior features an open-concept living and dining area filled with natural light and designed for comfortable everyday living. The adjoining well-equipped kitchen provides everything needed for an extended stay while maintaining an easy flow into the main living areas.

Sleeping accommodations include a primary suite with a king bed and a guest bedroom with two twin beds, providing comfortable accommodations for a couple and visiting guests.

Step outside to the private screened lanai, where tranquil lake views provide an inviting backdrop for morning coffee, afternoon reading, or relaxing in the evening while enjoying the Southwest Florida weather.

Located on the third floor with elevator access, Lakeview Haven offers the benefit of an elevated lakefront setting and beautiful views without requiring stairs to reach the residence.

As part of Sutton Walk in Lake Village, guests enjoy access to the neighborhood pool in addition to Lexington Country Club's extensive resort-style amenities, including community pools, tennis and pickleball courts, bocce courts, fitness facilities, clubhouse dining, social activities, and the popular Island Club and Tiki Bar.

Golf enthusiasts can enjoy Lexington Country Club's championship pay-to-play golf course, with tee times based on availability and priority given to Golf Village residents and owners.

Lexington Country Club is a gated community with a manned entrance and community patrol, conveniently located near Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, shopping, dining, grocery stores, medical facilities, and other Southwest Florida attractions.
