1. **No Parties, Events, or Smoking:** Hosting parties or events is not allowed, and smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.

2. **Respect Quiet Hours:** Be mindful of noise, especially during quiet hours. Only registered guests are permitted to stay, and no additional visitors are allowed at any time.

3. **No Pets or Illegal Activities:** Pets are not allowed, and any illegal substances or activities are strictly prohibited, leading to immediate eviction and potential reporting to authorities.

4. **Noise Consideration:** You may hear occasional sounds from neighboring units, such as footsteps or running water, despite soundproofing efforts.

5. **Temperature Control:** The temperature is centrally maintained between 21-23°C. Although you can’t adjust it directly, an extra heater is provided for your comfort.

6. **Starter Supplies:** A limited supply of essentials like toilet paper, soap, and coffee is provided at the start of your stay. Plan to replenish these if needed.

7. **Towels & Linens:** Each guest is provided with one bath towel. If you require more, it’s advisable to plan ahead.

8. **Cleanliness:** Please leave the home in the same clean and organized condition as you found it. A minimum $100 fee will be charged if additional cleaning is necessary.

9. **Parking:** Your reservation includes one parking spot on the left side of the driveway. The other side is reserved for guests in the upper unit.

10. **Garbage Disposal:** Garbage can be disposed of inside the garage. For recycling, food compost, and general waste, contact the host to access the color-coded bins (green for recycling, blue for compost, grey for general waste).

11. **Late Check-Out:** A fee of $100 per hour will be charged for late check-out beyond the agreed time.
