Enjoy all of the comforts of home during you next beach getaway at Sea Haven A. You will be centrally located at Crescent beach, a section of North Myrtle Beach. This home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bath with a shared area in between the buildings that includes a sitting area and a hot tub to be be shared with unit A.
Fully equipped kitchen including microwave and dishwasher. Washer & Dryer downstairs . Central heat & air, as well as Wi-Fi included. Must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property and must stay for the duration of the reservation. This property does allow pets(up to 2 small pets under 40lbs) with a pet fee of $150/pet

Main Bedroom- (Downstairs) 1 King,- (upstairs) Bedroom 2- 1 Queen, Bedroom 3- 2 Twin, (No Bathtub Downstairs)

Maximum two (2) automobiles per property. Permits will be issued if required. No more than 2 permits will be issued. No parking on the grass or in the street. All vehicles in violation will be towed by the City the of North Myrtle Beach at the vehicle owners expense.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the unit they reserve and the common area in between the buildings which includes the hot tub area.

Getting Around:
Vehicles continue to be the primary form of transportation in North Myrtle Beach, but a guest could use Uber-Lyft or choose to bike or walk. However, biking and walking would limit your dining and activities.

Hosts are located in North Myrtle Beach and are available to help when needed, however we will respect your privacy. The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules. Renters must be 25 years of age to book our properties.
This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD
