Middle of Waikiki- 16th Floor Studio with Free Parking

We welcome you to enjoy our 16th floor studio located in the heart of Waikiki, where you can enjoy stunning ocean and city views from your private lanai. Just steps from all restaurants and shopping you can think of. We are in a safe, convenient area, with Waikiki Beach is less than a 10 minute walk. The condo has an assigned parking stall, full kitchen, furnished with a queen size bed and additional futon and includes everything for a comfortable short stay, or long stay.

ATTENTION! Please be advised that starting October 27th, 2025 the building will begin an exterior concrete repair and painting project. During this project, guests can expect noisy work (drilling & hammering) occurring Monday-Friday, from 8am-4:30pm. Safety measures will be in place, but some degree of dust and vibrations are unavoidable depending on the area being worked on. The building pool and sundeck will be closed for the duration of this project, and for segments of the project, each unit's lanai will be inaccessible. This project is expected to last 6-12 months. For this inconvenience, our daily rate has already been reduced.

Excellent stay, great location, and the host was professional and super responsive. The unit is well stocked, has cold AC, but if you like to sleep in complete darkness, bring a sleeping mask: several appliances have bright always-on displays and the curtains end about a foot off the floor. Nonetheless, the biggest selling feature here is reserved parking on the ground floor of the building; it is incredibly convenient. We would book this unit again in a heartbeat.

Great Location & Free Parking!

Love staying in this building! While the building itself needs some updating, the condos themselves are well looked after. This unit looks like it has recently been updated including large appliances & has everything I need. Slight downside is that the unit had a very thin layer of dust on everything, but it seems

Perfect accommodations!

My husband and I were extremely pleased with the unit. It was exactly as advertised in the pictures. It had all the necessities. The process from beginning to end was simple and easy. The owner was very responsive and made everything very easy. As first time visitors to Hawaii the location was perfect and we felt safe. The location was accessible by walking to restaurants, activities, beach, shopping, etc. There was even a restaurant located in the building which stayed busy and smelled wonderful. We hope to visit again and would definitely want to stay here again. Thanks for a great stay! aasandand
