Great location 2 blocks from beach

We are a family of 4 and this was just enough space for us. It was clean and close to everything. The view from the balcony was nice we would stay here again.

Everything that we needed was there. We didn’t have to rush out for food right away. Coffee was there, beds were comfortable. And 2 block walk to beach. Beach towels were good to have. Pool was nice. Quite when we were there.

Location, living space amenities, convenient location.

I was in Waikiki for business and chose this property due to location and prefer condos with kitchen and other amenities to hotels. The unit itself is well appointed and comfortable. Walking distance to restaurants and beach. There is a mini mart tucked in corner in Lobby level and Coffee shop as well. Free parking is a real bonus and Tower 1 location makes the unit accessible by elevator.

Great Location

This is a great location. Easy to get to the beach and lots of good food and coffee places. We had 2 teenage boys who used the hideabed. It wasn’t the most comfortable for them. They did leave a roll out mat that we put under the mattress which helped a little. Other than that we had a great stay. All the kitchen items you could need!

I couldn’t figure out how to turn on the heat because for a day or two I was sick and very cold. And the ac did not really cool down the room. And the ad showed 2 beds but there was only one bed

The unit was very comfortable for the three of us sisters. We loved the fact that it was close to the elevators! Everything was clean and in good repair. The info book could use a little updating; remove all the references to keys and maybe a few more restaurant options, those with delivery (for those checking in late). And I would recommend leaving the fitted sheet off of the hide-a-bed; we were a little hesitant not knowing if it had been used previously, since it was already in place.

Great location - 5 minute walk to the beach. Ensure you arrange to check in correctly as we waited a fair bit of time before we could get into our room. Someone was supposed to meet us on site but this never occurred and hours later I received an email saying they’d automatically programmed the auto lock to allow us access. Mark responded/communicated quickly to my questions.

4 stayed. Ok, but best suit would be a couple. Parking pass a really nice touch. Shower needs upgrading to match rest of condo. Queen bed excellent. Came with great accessories for the beach. Pull out couch is adequate. Needs more blankets to use the option of extra floor mat. No dishwasher is fine, but it would be nice to have sink plugs for kitchen to do dishes properly. An easy fix.

We will be back again

Our stay was wonderful, thank you for accommodating us. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal and balcony has a nice view of the beach. The only feedback we wish to provide is that the air conditioning unit leaks all over the balcony while it’s on, this creates a pool of water that we had to drain daily. The check in process was also a little slower than we are used to. The guest host didn’t touch base with us until after 3:30pm so we found that process a little disjointed and frustrating. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Very clean, great location

Property was even nicer than the pictures. Location was very convenient with easy access to the beach and walkable to all of Waikiki. Very safe area, I felt comfortable running from the room to Diamond Head. Sofa bed was very comfortable and no issue for two adults to use. One of the most impressive things was the communication with the Management team. Mark and his group were always prompt in responding to any emails. We also had multiple flight cancellations and delays in our arriving flights. They stayed in constant contact with us and met us promptly when we arrived at the condo hours after our planned arrival. Gave us the parking pass, showed us all the functions of the room and parking garage. They really went above and beyond in making us welcome. We had been up for over 48 hours when we arrived and it was nice to be treated so kindly. Thank you very much!

Wonderful

Entire experience, from booking on through, was nothing less than wonderful! Super location with all the amenities you need close at hand. Pool, hot tub and bbq grills on 6th floor, though fairly crowded at this time of year, were clean, easy to access and provided more great outdoor enjoyment without even being at the beach. Waikiki beach itself is a very short walk away with amazing sand, surf and the most pleasant beach-side walks during the day and early evening. Renting a car is still worth it, in my opinion (though The Bus is a great option) to find other amazing beaches like Kailua, Ko-Olina, and too many others to mention. You may find it worth while booking a car in advance for your return to the airport, if you have a late night departure as many Canadian flights seem to be, since the Banyan front desk can't store luggage for VRBO guests (so stowing it in a car pending your airport drive may help). Still, a great value when compared with hotels and even other VRBO options. Thanks for your friendly, excellent service Mark and David and get well soon Rob!!
