Enter into this Home and be welcomed by the open main floor layout with spacious modern kitchen with stainless appliances and Island with 3 bar stools. This open area has a welcoming living room area with comfortable seating, large flat screen smart TV and dining area with seating for 6. Access the private pool area from either the dining room sliding doors with covered lanai overlooking the pool and an outside dining table, or from the living room sliding doors to the pool with more seating and lounge chairs and no rear neighbors for excellent privacy.


You have a queen bedroom on the main floor and a bathroom right outside the room with walk in shower.

Head to the second floor where you will find 3 spacious bedrooms.

Please inquire about the cost to add Pool heat to your reservation. FYI we are one of only a few townhomes in this community that has a pool heater installed at the home.

BBQ Grill rentals are available for your stay and include propane and cleaning after your stay.

Communities do not allow RVs or Trailers to enter or park in the resort. Please make alternative arrangements if travelling with anything other than your personal vehicles.
