We had a wonderful time, thank you so much for the use of your home, having the paddle boards, chairs and tent was so nice, my only complaint was the two bikes were flat and the pinball machine was broken, the two bedrooms are really small and a little funky, again my family and I had a great time and I would love to stay here again

Christmas getaway

We loved staying here over Christmas. The house was very clean and we had lots of room for our family. We liked that the location is close to Beaver Mountain for a ski day. Everything with the house was great and we had a great time.

Great place for family

We did Thanksgiving here with our family. Plenty of kitchen space and seating. Fun activities in the basement.

Check in was very easy. The property managers answered any question we had before arrival and after quickly. The kitchen was well stocked with all our needs. Lots of extra bedding and pillows. It was very clean and well organized. Lots of fun equipment for the beach and very close to Ideal Beach Resort with free access. There were 16 of us from 14-70 and everyone had room to eat, play games, and relax. Definitely would book again.

Wonderful vacation home for large groups

My group of about 10 friends had so much fun at this house. It had plenty of space for everyone, and we loved all of the games available on the property. We also loved the hot tub. Jake, the host, was very easy to work with. We will likely come back to this home again.

True bliss

Great place for our large family. Fully stocked with all the beach necessities: paddle boards, life jackets, beach chairs, wagon, bicycles, canopies etc...Access to Ideal Beach Resort was a huge bonus! Dog friendly was a must for us too. The only thing I would say is that there wasn't really easy access to the grassy area behind the house for the dogs to sniff around and do their business but the dogs did not mind the walk around to get to it. The backdrop at sundown was so pretty. Loved the hot tub and patio with plenty of outside seating on the picnic tables under the pergola bbq'ing burgers! Would definitely stay here again. Great open communication with the owners who were happy to accommodate all our needs.

The kitchen was not completely equipped, there was a pile of towels on the sofa ,sheets in the laundry room, coffe pot was not washed there was still old coffee from the previous guest, didn't have utensils for he grill.We were understanding about all those things , next day we ask if we could check out 30 minutes later, and instead of being reciprocal and understanding they wanted to charge 100 extra.Being understanding goes both ways.
