Weekend Getaway

Lily Pad Landing was a perfect cottage for our group of 3. It was quiet and cozy while still allowing everyone to have their private spaces. The host was very responsive and made every attempt to ensure we had a great experience. We will be looking forward to visiting again soon.

We had a great time and really enjoyed the house! It was the perfect size for the four of us. Very clean and nicely updated. Loved having coffee in the morning on the screened in porch and a glass of wine in the evenings. The communication with the host was excellent and Jessica replied to our messages very expediently as well as being kind to check in and see how we were doing.Only issue on our stay was that none of the places to eat were open for dinner. Mama Tigs was closed and The Meeting House closed at 2:00. Just make sure to check the seasonal hours before you go.Other than that we loved the house, the area, and the community at Carlton’s Landing.

Great property

We had a great time celebrating birthdays at this cute house in Carlton. The house was well stocked with all the essentials. It’s a little smaller place than what we are used to at Carlton, but we were pleasantly surprised at how much seating was available in the main living area. If you stay longer than a couple days , you may want to bring something to hold groceries you bring, as all the cabinets filled with dishes. Host was responsive and helpful.
