Unfortunately, you chose to leave before we had a chance to address the issue or offer a solution, which we would have been more than willing to do. We've updated the listing and photos to accurately reflect the dishwasher setup, and we've revised the checkout instructions so guests are no longer asked to reconnect it. We've also updated the room instructions overall, including correcting the door lock details, so everything now matches the actual unit. On the maintenance side, we've addressed the loose wires under the bedroom TV and are reviewing the bedroom light and fan switches so they're easier to reach. We're also taking another look at the seating in the sitting area to make it more comfortable. It was scheduled for replacement the week following your stay but was functioning well enough during the inspection prior to your stay. Had we known it would fail during your visit, we absolutely would have informed you ahead of time. Pot holders are stocked in the kitchen, and we would have been happy to help locate them had we known you were having trouble finding them.
