Complètement rénové! Vues spectaculaires sur l'océan, à quelques pas de tout

Nous sommes en train de terminer une rénovation complète de notre condo face à la plage avec un intérieur gris français, un nouveau plancher et une salle de bains rénovée.

Regardez les dauphins nager en étant assis sur le canapé et à 10 minutes de marche, vous êtes au milieu du centre-ville de Hilton Head, à Coligny, où vous trouverez une variété de boutiques et de restaurants. Le célèbre Tiki Hut Beach Bar se trouve juste en bas de la plage et propose des concerts quotidiens. Vous pourrez dîner ou siroter une boisson fraîche sur la plage tout en regardant ou en jouant au beach-volley. Il y a des dizaines de bons restaurants, magasins, épiceries et location de vélos. Vous n'avez pas besoin d'une voiture car tout ce dont vous avez besoin est juste devant votre porte.

Pendant la haute saison estivale, j'essaie de garder des semaines cohérentes en louant du samedi au samedi avec un séjour minimum de 3 jours.

The property is very clean, quiet and safe with gated access. The owner is very easy to communicate with and answered every question quickly. This room provided quick, easy access to Coligny Circle for transportation to the golf tournament, and is a great value for the price we were charged.

Can't beat the location!

What a fantastic location! The condo was the perfect place for me to stay for vacation. The fully equipped kitchen was perfect for making meals and enjoying them on the balcony. Would definitely stay again.

Great Location

This was perfect for my two daughters (ages 6 & 8) and I. The walk to the beach is literally a couple minutes and so easy. Restaurants and shopping are all minutes away, you really can’t beat the location. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice place on the beach

Had a great time there. Location is only .2 mile walk on the beach to two beach bars, and far enough away from the crowds. It was perfect!

Pros: Excellent location close to the beach and Coligny Plaza! Views of ocean from deck were amazing! Entrance was gated so we felt very safe! Nice quiet complex! Laundry on same floor as unit was very nice! New shower and sink vanity recently updated along with kitchen countertops and floors!Cons: Mattress was old you could feel the springs in your back. Should be replaced. Furniture and pillows very old and dated. Microwave had rust on the inside and smelled terrible and needs to be replaced. Oven was also very dirty and smelled. Both couldn’t be used. On our second day we found two maintenance men in our unit with the door wide open and no notification. That was very concerning. Very small unit really for only two adults, bunks could fit two small children if necessary. We did enjoy our time and the host is really great and easy to communicate with!

Great location and value

We loved the location of this place the most. It's proximity to Cologny Plaza and the beach were huge draws for us. The place is small, but my wife and I don't need a ton of space when we're traveling, so it was just right for us. There's a laundry room just three doors down the hall, which was very convenient. We would stay here again.

Just the right size for me!

This condo was small but cozy. It was the perfect size for me and I loved the location. There was an issue with the air conditioner, Michael was super responsive and had someone out right away to fix the problem. AC ran great for the rest of my stay. I would stay there again.
