Beautifully appointed ocean-view condo just steps from Hilton Head’s most desired beach! One of the best views in Seaside Villas, this cozy retreat is just a short walk to Coligny Plaza’s shops, dining, and entertainment. Two stylish Beach Bikes are included! The Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year. The villa features a queen bed, sleeper sofa, and bunk beds for small children, plus a fully equipped kitchen for easy meal prep that has both a Keurig and standard drip coffee maker. Enjoy direct beach access and everything you need for a perfect Hilton Head getaway! 🌊☀️🏝️. Best suited for a couple and 2-3 kids max.

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!

Seaside is a gated oceanfront complex just 2 blocks from shopping, dining and entertainment, and just a short walk to the new Celebration Park, with its large children's playground and museum.

We have many great streaming apps included such as HBO, Max basic, ESPN, Disney+, Hulu, Fox One, AMC+, and Peacock.

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

This was everything our family needed to enjoy our Easter Weekend in Hilton Head. The proximity to the beach is ideal and makes it easy to return to the condo throughout the day as is often needed with 3 small children. The villa is also close and convenient to Coligny where we stopped in multiple times for ice cream or shopping. The host was very quick to respond with any questions that came up and was helpful and courteous. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location!!

Me and my husband loved our stay here! Unit was perfect for it being just the two of us and we were in walking and biking distance of so many shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at Seaside. The location is great, walking access to the beach, really great view, loved the balcony and being able to enjoy afternoon sun. It was small (the bunks can only accommodate children) but it worked well for 2 adults who didn't plan to cook. The kitchen would have been very tiny to cook much of anything, but was perfect for casual breakfasts and lunches. Great stay and great hosts!

You can’t beat the location of this property or the price of the stay! The unit itself included a fully stocked kitchen so you can prepare as much or as little as you’d like. Very close to Coligny Plaza which we utilized for dinner many nights. The unit also provided a couple of boogie boards for the kids, beach chairs, an umbrella and some miscellaneous beach toys which were all a nice surprise. I’ve seen a lot of reviews comment on how small the unit is. We are a family of 5 with kids ages 11, 11 and 8. The photos of the unit are accurate and yes, it is small but that is evident! The 11 year olds are 5’0” and fit perfectly in the bunkbeds. There is also a pull out couch. The bedroom had a comfy bed with nice linens. No complaints on unit size, it’s very accurately depicted. The balcony was actually larger than I expected with a distant ocean view! We also cooked many meals in the kitchen. The oven is small, but fit a standard frozen pizza and they also had a pizza pan for us to use. Don’t hesitate to book this unit - the days are meant to be outside exploring and the unit is clean and great for sleeping!
