La Suite Française Almagro vous enchantera par ses 90 m2 et sa vue imprenable sur la ville et ses montagnes depuis son 11 ème étage. Il est situé dans la meilleure partie de Quito, à quelques pâtés de maisons de la célèbre Plaza Foch dans le quartier Mariscal et en même temps dans un condo très sûr et calme. Vous apprécierez beaucoup le soleil, la vue ainsi que la décoration design de cet appartement. De la place ouverte et de la cuisine entièrement équipée, vous avez une vue magnifique sur la ville. La suite est dotée de 2 chambres, l'une avec TV plasma et NETFLIX gratuit. Chacune avec une salle de bain privée et un lit double, de nombreux placards, Une autre TV écran plat mural intelligent de 40 " avec NETFLIX gratuit, une bibliothèque de CD et de livres, des tapis persans, un bureau, une machine à café expresso, tres bon Internet avec wifi, un très joli balcon où vous pourrez déguster votre petit déjeuner ou déjeuner ensoleillé devant "Le Panecillo". Vous disposerez d'une autre terrasse privée équipée pour votre remise en forme. Nice comfortable Condo

We were very happy with the quick response since we were booking at the last minute. Catherine (owner) was very accommodating to our travel needs; we only needed 2 nights instead of the 3 night minimum. The condo was clean and comfortable, very secure with a watchman there 24/7, it was perfect for us. Veronica the manager in Ecuador was helpful in letting us store our luggage at her place of work (1 block away) until we departed in the afternoon. We would recommend this place, and will stay there again when we return to Quito.

The apartment was clean, nicely furnished, with a great view of the city.

This was a great location to stay in Quito. The apartment has all the comforts of home. It was close to points of interest, restaurants, and stores. The building was secure with 24hr. security. The owner was responsive and available for questions and interested in assuring our stay went well. We appreciated arranging transportation to and from the airport through her as well. Modern appliances, wi-fi, and Netflix were appreciated as well. This was a great place to stay for our week on Quito.

Great Quito Apartment

This is a beautiful apartment, a real home away from home. On an eleventh floor and with windows on two sides, it commands great views over the city, and even the summit of Cotopaxi on a clear day. The balcony is very small, but so filled with plants that it has the feel of a tiny garden. The apartment itself is both charming and practical. The furniture is comfortable, there are paintings everywhere, and the bookshelves contribute to a lived-in feel. The kitchen is modern and well designed, with a big refrigerator and an induction cooktop, as well as a sink with a view and hot water all the time. The showers are also good and hot, and there’s hot water at the handbasins too. The washer-dryer is large and modern. We had to leave early because of the Covid-19 crisis, and the owner was simply great in helping us with practicalities such as shopping and printing the documents we needed. Things would have been so much worse without her support, and we’re enormously grateful to her. We would go back in an instant!

Lovely suite with all of the comforts of home - and charm in abundance!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at French Suite Almagro. Cathy has beautiful taste and her 2 Bedroom/2 Bath Mariscal suite has a glorious view of Quito, along with every possible convenience. The suite is immaculate, beautifully furnished and adorned with objets d'art that make this place magical. The park across the street and all of the cafes and restaurants in the immediate vicinity add to the convenience and charm of this well-located city apartment.

A very good value.

Very comfortable with good amenities and excellent views. The location was very good for us but a bit of noise with car alarms and dogs barking. May well be the same throughout the city. It would have been five stars if master bedroom had a bathroom.

Apartamento muy bien ubicado y acondicionado

El departamento se encuentra en un lugar muy bien localizado, con facilidades de acceso. El mismo tiene un agradable diseño, que lo hace muy acogedor y dispone de todos los servicios y utensilios necesarios como si estuvieras en tu propia casa. Te ofrecen además servicio de taxi de confianza al aeropuerto sin recargo alguno. Muy bien atendido a la llegada y la propiedad siempre disponible para cualquier consulta o contratiempo que pueda surgir. Sólo se echa en falta la disponibilidad de una plancha y mesa de planchar, tan necesaria cuando se llega de viaje y es preciso arreglar la ropa, siempre arrugada cuando se viaja Como aspecto negativo es que no se indica en el precio del alquiler una cantidad de 35 dólares adicionales para limpieza del departamento, lo que se indica una vez que se ha contratado. Repetiría la experiencia

Estimado Manuel, Let agradezco por su comentario muy útil para futuros clientes pero debo aclararle que la plancha se encuentra en el closet del segundo baño encima de la lavadora así como la mesa de planchar. En cuanto a los 35 Usd de limpieza están mencionados en las notas finales después del precio, por eso a lo mejor no ha llegado a leerlo. Lo siento realmente por ese inconveniente y tratare de mencionarlo en el book de llegada. Atentamente Cathy
