This well-stocked perfect 2 bed 2 bath home in the Village of DeLuna is perfect for your trip to The Villages! With cozy beds, dining area, outdoor seating & more! It is conveniently located 3.8 miles from Brownwood Square for shopping, bars, restaurants and nightly live music! 3.2 miles from popular Edna's on the Green. Shopping, Entertainment, Rec Centers, Pools & Golf are also a golf cart drive away! Be sure to make arrangements ahead of time for a golf cart to be delivered at your arrival.

The Subdivision is an adult community designed to provide housing for persons fifty-five (55) years of age or older. No person under nineteen (19) years of age may be a permanent resident of a Home, except that persons below the age of nineteen ( 19) years may be permitted to visit and temporarily reside for periods not exceeding thirty (30) days in total in any calendar year period.
Guests will have access to the entire home and a single car garage, with room for a single car and a golf cart.
This home is very cozy with an amazing open floor plan that is perfect for comfort and enjoyment. The home features an open floor plan kitchen, living room and dining room. There are two bedrooms for use; a master with its own bathroom and a second bedroom and bathroom. This is well equipped with comfortable beds and lounging options for your enjoyment. The large screen TV in the living room is perfect for rainy days between your visits to Brownwood Square! You will love it.
The Villages is a golf cart friendly neighborhood! Make sure to secure your golf cart rental prior to your stay to ensure you are able to enjoy The Villages in their full capacity!

Golf Cart: Be sure to make arrangements ahead of time to have a rental golf cart delivered to the house for your arrival.
Guest Policy: Base rate includes 2x guests in the primary bedroom + 1x guest in each additional bedroom. Number of guests beyond that will incur a fee. (E.g., 3-Bedrooms = 4 guests included; max 6x guests.)
Due to the deed and covenant restrictions no one under the age of 19 may reside in the house for more than 30 days.
Door Code Provided 48 hours before check-in date
Pet Policy: One small dog allowed - 20lbs max - Pet Fee is $150
Resident IDs: You will need Village Resident ID cards if you want to use the amenities in The Villages. The amenities include neighborhood pools, family pools, sport pools, pickleball, classes, golf at the executive courses, ability to reserve tee times, etc. IDs cost $50 and The Villages only allows two per home. After you obtain your temporary Resident IDs, you can request guest passes for others in your group. Pick up your Resident IDs first, then go to the Recreation Center to fill out the guest pass form for your guests.
Mail/Amazon Packages: The mailbox key is not given out to guests. Please have Amazon packages delivered to an Amazon locker; Amazon will not always deliver to the house, and owners / leasing agents are not responsible for any mail or packages.
Smoking: NO SMOKING OR VAPING on the premises at any time. Violations will result in fines.
Supplies: The home will have a starter amount of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, trash bags, etc. There is enough for a three-night stay for your convenience. If additional supplies are needed during your stay, you are responsible for purchasing these.
Repairs/Maintenance/Damage: If anything needs to be repaired or gets damaged during your stay, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will have a handyman or repairman come out and address the problem.
