Our King Suite features a private entry area connected to the entire house. Enjoy the convenience of keyless entry from the covered porch, which leads into the stylish and fun kitchenette and living room area.

The kitchenette is equipped with a mini fridge, Nespresso machine, countertop dual burner, cooking utensils, microwave, bistro dining table, TV, and couch. Wine or beverages are available for purchase when the host is onsite.
Off the kitchenette, you'll find a spacious and peaceful king bedroom. The king bed mattress is adjustable in height and position on both sides.

When you're ready to wind down and relax, there's no better place than our dreamy, luxurious, spa-like master bath. This well-designed bath caters to your comfort with his-and-her marble sinks, a waterfall shower/ wet room, and a beautiful, relaxing luxury soaking tub.

Beautiful Well Thought Out Place to Stay

Kevin thought of everything when he was putting this place together!! We had absolutely everything we could possibly need for our stay. Very quiet neighborhood & private accommodations. We truly enjoyed our stay & will definitely stay there again!! Smokey the cat was so sweet & visited us on the porch for an added bonus 3

This place is amazing, Kevin was a great host very kind. I reached out to him before we arrived about being my 9 month old there and about my husband workin overnights while we where there so he would be leaving later in the evenings and returning early mornings because i didn’t want to bother him with possible noise or the waking him early since the rental was connected to his main home and he assured me we would be of no issue and he was very kind about it all, very kind the whole trip to us. The place was very pleasant the bathtub was amazing and my personal favorite part was how the place was decorated it truly felt luxurious like I was staying at a 5 star resort. Kevin thought of everything when designing and decorating and the over all atmosphere. I can’t say enough about this place. If we ever make our way back to Anderson I will definitely be seeking out this place again.

It was easy to find. Just as Kevin described it. I would recommend this place. Kevin helped us when we locked ourselves out. It was clean. The bed slept amazingly.

Best Stay Ever!Kevin has created a truly beautiful suite with a comfortable living area, nicely appointed kitchenette, cafe table dining, generously sized bedroom, with a comfortable king sized bed, a closet space, and a bathroom that is truly stunning! Every detail was just perfect! He is a wonderful communicator and took care of our every need. We had a designated, covered parking space and upon our arrival we were greeted by the sweetest little kitten, Smokey. The house is in a lovely, tree lined and very quiet neighborhood and the suite has its own, separate entry with a covered porch that provides a peaceful space for a morning cup of Nespresso or an evening glass of wine. The bed was very comfortable and there was even a weighted blanket available. The favorite feature, by far however, was the luxurious soaking tub! We have already booked it for our next visit to see family in Anderson. I think we have found our “home away from home”!

This neighborhood is calm, quiet, and beautiful. My favorite thing about it is the trees that surround it. It’s such a relaxing space. Inside I wanted to create a fun living area that leads into a more luxurious room and bath. I think we accomplished it well 😊

Black porcelain on white/cream marble is a match made in heaven 😌

The waterfall shower complemented by the all gold hardware makes you feel like you’re in suite. Can you say SOAKING TUB LOUD?!? It’s actually THE BEST ☺️
