Cozy, clean cabin

We loved staying at David’s place-he went above and beyond to allow us early check in, when we arrived everything was exceptionally clean and well appointed, even snacks and coffee! This was the perfect stay for 6 of us, and my boys really enjoyed the loft as well as the basketball court nearby. Will return next time we’re in town!

Great Weekend

What an awesome experience we had with this stay. Cabin is extremely clean and property owner is available to help with any questions or issues if any arise. We go down a couple times a year fishing and we will look no further than this place the next time we go.

Tiny Home, Big Value

This tiny cottage at New Broyles Landing was new, spotlessly clean, and just what we needed for a "home base" during our visit to the South Carolina Upstate. David was an excellent host and, although our stay was flawless, let us know he was always just a phone call or text away if we needed anything. Highly recommended.

Great getaway

Great location near a public ramp. Plenty of room to park the boat. Outside outlets to connect battery charger. Everything clean and in good working order. Queen bed and queen sofa bed on main level. The lofts can sleep up to 4 people, but not very suited for those of us over 50. The ladder is a little steep, but no problem for younger folks.

Fishing trip

We booked a fishing trip with Fishki Business (which was awesome) and were coming from a few hours away. We wanted to find a little spot to stay the night before that was close to the Broyles Park landing. This was perfect and a 2 minute drive away. Small little cabin perfect for that and a clean place and nice neighborhood. There is also a little Dollar General about a mile away that made it convenient to get some supplies. If you are looking for a small spot to spend the night, this will be just right. It also has a big area to park if you are pulling a boat behind you.
