Your vacation rental includes bike rentals and beach gear with your stay. 20 Ocean Breeze in Forest Beach is professionally managed and operated by Hilton Head Vacations, Inc, a locally owned company.

Bedrooms are upstairs with master bedroom having a king size bed and private bath. Kids room has queen bed and twin bed with another private bath for the family. Living room has a comfortable couch that folds out to sleep seven people comfortably. The first-floor guest bath is an added plus. The upstairs also has a utility room with a washer and dryer and a lending library stocked with a wide variety of books. Up to 2 dogs under 45 pounds each, $175 pet fee, $250 for 2 pets. Only 2 car passes included.

The main level of the villa was fully remodeled in 2022 and offers LVP flooring throughout. The villa is stocked with both adult and children's DVD along with board games and cards. Free high-speed internet and WiFi are included with cable for your convenience to enjoy various channels on a flat screen TV or use the Blu-ray/DVD player.

Forest Beach has over 60 shops and restaurants to enjoy, from Frosty Frog, New York City Pizza, Plantation Deli for breakfast and lunch to gourmet steak and seafood restaurants, you dont need to go anywhere else for great food. Miles of bike paths are close by in Forest Beach area or ride your bike on the beach. There is a gorgeous Town of Hilton Head Park with a huge Pirate Ship playground for the kids to play on. You can enjoy over 17 miles of beautiful white sandy beaches. Sea Pines Resort is just minutes away with famous Harbourtown Lighthouse and Golf Links.
