Bien amĂ©nagĂ©, propre et confortable, ce condo Ă  deux niveaux est situĂ© dans le complexe Ocean Breeze, connu pour ĂȘtre hors des sentiers battus tout en restant Ă  quelques pas de la plage. Ce 2 chambres, 2. 5 salles de bain a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un sĂ©jour fantastique dans l'une des plus grandes villes d'AmĂ©rique, Hilton Head! Avec 2 chambres et 2 1/2 salles de bains, cette maison de ville de vacances orientĂ©e plage a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vous dĂ©tendre et vous Ă©vader. Les tĂ©lĂ©viseurs Ă  Ă©cran plat partout, Internet haute vitesse et le cĂąble HD vous offrent beaucoup de divertissement si vous rencontrez un jour de pluie.

Une fois arrivĂ©, vous n'aurez peut-ĂȘtre pas besoin de votre voiture pendant la majeure partie de votre voyage. La villa est Ă  distance de marche de la plage (10 min.), Du fameux Coligny Plaza (15 min.) Avec ses magasins, boulangeries et restaurants. Les pistes cyclables sont Ă  proximitĂ©. Vous ne voulez pas emballer votre vĂ©lo? Aucun problĂšme! Les locataires bĂ©nĂ©ficient d'un tarif rĂ©duit chez Riding Tigers pour la location de vĂ©los. Ils ont aussi des chaises de plage et parasol, pĂ©tanque et plus encore. Riding Tigers peut ĂȘtre rejoint au 843-686-5833!

Au premier étage, il y a une cuisine bien équipée avec de l'eau filtrée et des comptoirs carrelés, un coin repas, un cellier, un salon avec une télévision à écran plat, un centre de divertissement, un bureau d'ordinateur avec accÚs Internet Wifi et un demi-bain récemment rénové.

Hors du salon, à travers une porte coulissante en verre, notre villa dispose d'un espace extérieur privé avec des chaises et une table pour se détendre avec une tasse de café ou un verre de vin aprÚs une journée amusante. Il y a une zone gazonnée prÚs des allées menant à la piscine et au court de tennis pour que votre animal joue tout de suite à l'extérieur.

Au deuxiÚme étage, la chambre avant a un lit queen size, une télévision à écran plat LCD 32 pouces, un lecteur DVD et une douche à l'italienne entiÚrement rénovée. La chambre arriÚre a un lit king size, un 32 po. TV à écran plat et aussi avec lecteur DVD et sa propre salle de bain privée entiÚrement rénovée avec une baignoire. Une laveuse et une sécheuse sont également situées au deuxiÚme étage.

Home away from home

We really enjoyed our stay! Very clean and was equipped with everything we needed. We really liked that the reservation included beach chairs and a beach wagon! They did an excellent job at communicating. We will definitely stay again!

Great place!

It was awesome! Clean and everything worked properly. Washer and dryer was awesome to have and all the kitchen gadgets. Felt very comfortable. Will be back next year if possible! Loved that they were pet friendly. And the walk to the beach is just a few minutes.

We had a great time. Nice place with pool and tennis courts and close to the beach. They provided chairs and other items for the beach. We would definitely come back!

Nice condo on Hilton Head

Very comfortable property. Nice location, reasonable walk to the beach or you can drive to down to Coligny. Owners were very responsive. Would stay here again if I come back to Hilton Head.

The house is clean and well organized. The location is absolutely perfect. Very close to the beach and pool. However, when we arrived we encountered a few major problems, that affected our stay. First was the clogged toilet which required 2 plumber's visits to fix. The second was only hot water in one of the shower. That required a 3rd plumber's visit. Everything is fixed now, but it left the negative impression on our vacation. The positive is that the property manager communicated with us very well.

Southern Getaway

We had a wonderful 10 days at Hilton Head enjoying the restaurants/bars/shops and beach with our 2 Golden Retrievers. The Villa was clean and located near many restaurants and the beach. There was beach chairs and beach wagon for our use at the villa...which was nice to have available.

Visit to Hilton Head

Just what we needed. This villa is located by the least busiest part of the beach, which we loved. Lovely bike paths as well. Hope to come back sometime again.

We loved the comfortable beds and walk-in "rain" shower. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well supplied, except perhaps a teakettle would have been nice. There are multiple pools, with a really nice one just a two minute walk from the condo, plus plenty of attractive paths for dog walking. We ended up preferring Coligny Beach to the closer walkable beach, because the foot wash was (at that time) out of order at the closer beach and it's easy to park at Coligny. There was a downpour before we arrived so we could not easily access the condo front door -- ankle-deep puddling and thick bushes blocked the way -- but it drained in a couple of hours and in the meantime we were able to use the hosts' beach cart to move all our stuff in through the back-porch sliding door. The hosts were very helpful in addressing our concerns.

Beachside Condo Stay

Close to Coligny is always the best spot on Hilton Head Island! A couple blocks away from Forest Beach, which is nice. Accommodations was comfortable and had everything needed for a weeks vacation. Communication via email and text was also very easy and parking pass was not far or hard to get. Thank you owners!!!

Very nice property. Really liked the beach stuff provided. Not a bad walk to the beach even with a small child. Bed spread had burrs on it and could have been cleaner.

Townhouse Trip for us Two

We had a 4 day trip to Hilton Head and really enjoyed this VRBO. The house had plenty of room & 3 pools on the property. We walked to the beach, Cologny Park stores, and to The spa for massages. Really good location. We cooked in a few times & enjoyed the property.

Beautiful HHI

It’s always a treat to be back on HHI, but it’s extra nice when you have a comfortable place to stay. The unit was clean & very comfortable. It was an easy walk to the beach or to entertainment & restaurants in Coligny. Everything was exactly as the listing stated & Dan, one of the owners was a dream to work with. Definitely would stay again.

Perfect location and surroundings!!

Our first family vacation, and first trip to the ocean for our golden retriever. It was a perfect place for this - the grounds of the property were very pet friendly with lovely walks and plenty of squirrels! Only 10 mins to the beach, which is a quieter section, but also only a 10 minute walk to Coligny circle for the shops and restaurants and busier section of beach. Beach chairs and cart provided came in very handy! All in all a perfect place for us!

A week in paradise!

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. We searched listing on two platforms for days until we found this one that met all of our criteria. It is located in a favorable area within walking distance of the ocean, the complex has three pools, the A/C is cold, and we were allowed to bring our dog. As a bonus, the host was great to communicate with. Their restaurant suggestions were outstanding.

We are Dan and Nicole Orlosky. We love Hilton Head Island. We're Pennsylvania natives who are working toward the dream of living on the Island full time. Our family started vacationing here in the late 1990's and on our first visit, we were hooked! We love the bike paths, golf and tennis, great food and shopping, pet friendly environment and most of all, the people! This villa is a dream come true for us and we hope to make our guests love the Island as much as we do.

Right after we got married at the Coastal Discovery Museum on Hilton Head Island we started lightly looking. We were pretty specific about what we wanted, so it took some time to find "the one!" We work full time in PA but try to get to Hilton Head whenever we can! We made sure we were close to the beach for our 2 goldens and easy bike path walk to Coligny Plaza for dining and shopping. Nailed It!
