This updated 3-bedroom, 3-bath villa in Forest Beach on Hilton Head Island is the perfect home base for your Hilton Head getaway! Walk to Celebration Park with its pirate ship playground, The Sandbox Children’s Museum, and seasonal live music—or head to nearby Coligny Plaza for shopping, dining, and the famous Tiki Hut on Coligny Beach.

Inside, enjoy an open floor plan with a fully renovated kitchen featuring quartz countertops, sea glass backsplash, and seating for 13 between the dining table and island. Relax in the new living room furniture or retreat to one of three ensuite bedrooms: a king suite with desk and monitor, a queen suite upstairs, and a kid-friendly bunk room with twin, full, trundle, beanbags, and playful décor. This home has a first-floor bedroom and bath.

The kitchen is well provisioned and can accommodate holiday celebrations or making a birthday cake for that special family member or friend. This is the perfect home for an extended family or friend get-together, a girls get-away, or group golf outing.

This property is beautiful and spacious! Plenty of room for my husband, son (2 year old), and parents. We appreciated how fully equipped the kitchen is, the second floor laundry, and access to beach equipment among many other amenities. The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly. The location is close enough to walk or drive to the beach. The owner is very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Highly recommend!

Relaxing get away to Hilton Head

My wife and myself along with our youngest daughter and her husband made the trip to Hilton Head. We had planned on their daughter joining us but she could not get off of work. My son in law and I played golf twice and really enjoyed the courses. The local seafood was very fresh and delicious. We enjoyed the pools on the property and thoroughly enjoyed the week.

The pictures describe everything very good. We loved the access to beach toys and chairs while we were there. It should be noted that the address is 19 Lemoyne, but the unit number is 79. It was very confusing trying to find which unit as it was not listed this way prior. Bedrooms were clean and everything was top-notch. Great rental and full kitchen to cook all meals. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was also a great plus for 6 adults and 2 children. Thank you, Tom!

Comfortable and clean

The place was as advertised; centrally located with easy access to beaches, shopping and walking/biking trails. The house was clean and comfortable. Beach accessories were available and pool is right across the way. Check in was simple and the owner was quick to respond to our inquiries. Clean bedding and towels were in place upon arrival. We could immediately grab a shower after our long travel.

Family Vacation

The property had great updates and was very comfortably furnished. Deck box had items for the beach and was nice to have at the house. We had a little hiccup with the air conditioning unit, Tom was very responsive and stayed in contact with us until it was resolved. Two disappointments: 1 was the dishwasher inside was covered in mold and mildew, we ran it empty but it did not clean it and so we hand washed dishes the entire stay 2 the back deck and chairs were covered in pine needles and debris. The debris had been on the furniture long enough that it would not just brush off. This made the deck unusable. We enjoyed the property overall.
