Dear Matt, We are sorry to just now hear about your experience through your review. However, you are incorrect with your description and evaluation. Our units do sleep 8 with 2 bedrooms and a pull out sofa bed. The queen-size sofa bedding was clearly in the master closet. In response, we respectfully submit the following: 01/30/23 - You requested a reservation without any additional inquiry. We accepted your request and sent a full detailed description of the rentals and the property so as to avoid any confusion as to the sleeping arrangements or type of property (see below section of email sent 01/30/23): "DESCRIPTION: Note that the rentals are (4) condo-style units. There are two units on the ground level and two units on the second floor level. (Please let us know if you have a preference whether ground floor or second floor. Otherwise, we book based on availability.) Each unit will sleep up to 8 people. The price is the same for any number of people up to 8 in your group. If your group is larger than 8 people, there may be additional charges. The master bedroom can sleep 2 people with a king size bed. The guest bedroom can sleep 4 with a single upper bunk, a lower full size bed and single rollaway bed. The living room can sleep 2 with a queen size sofa bed . . ." In fact, the unit you were in had a queen size lower bed, not a full size, so it should have slept 2 people comfortably. We provide our email, fax, and cell phone as ways of contacting us directly prior to your arrival with any questions. You never once reached out to us to clarify details or information. We are sorry you did not have a good experience but agree that you should make sure you know the details of any property you book. If you wanted each person to have their own king or queen size bed, then you should expect to pay much more for a larger property or multiple hotel rooms. Thank you, West Harbor Marina

Thank you for your review. We have never received a negative comment about the master bed and it is marketed as a queen size but will definitely look into it for next season. As for the living room seating, we have already planned to replace it by next season as well. We simply did not have time in between bookings this year and did not notice a problem with it until the season had already begun. Finally, while we do have a washer/dryer in one of the rental units and also a community washer/dryer on the property, we will revise the listing to avoid future confusion. We apologize for any inconvenience during your stay and would hope have the chance to better accommodate you again in the future. Thanks again, Bree
