This established condo complex has a mixture of full-time living, vacation homes, and nightly rental units. There are playgrounds and a Marina on site. You can fish right from the dock or rent a boat and check out the water.

We recommend arriving by car as it will give you the freedom to explore the town and the surrounding region. If you`d like to leave the car at home, you can quickly get an Uber to drive you around town.
As you already know, we offer a free parking spot.

★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ PARKING PASS★
A parking pass will be provided upon arrival. Please return parking pass to the kitchen counter on the day of your departure. There is a $75 fee for any pass that needs to be replaced.

★ STAIRS LEADING TO THE ENTRANCE ★
Unfortunately, the condo is not wheelchair accessible as there are stairs required to reach the front door.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for Oder removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

Failure to follow house rules (i.e., no smoking, check out time, etc.) may result in extra fees or loss of security deposit.
