Imagine all the fun and enjoyment you can experience staying at this newly renovated and interior designed MODERN LOFT right in the Heart and City of Branson! Located near the banks of the famous Lake Taneycomo and oh so close to all the activities Branson has to offer. Everything is Brand new, clean and ready for your families stay.

If you enjoy fishing ~ Fall Creek Marina is located in the resort. They offer boat rentals by the hour or day, boat slip rental and boat trailer parking for a nominal fee. The marina has all the goodies to get you rolling on the water for a day of fishing, bait, tackle, rods, reels, snacks, coolers and the list goes on.

This unique loft sleeps 6 people and includes a downstairs bedroom complete with a queen sized bed, triple sheet - luxury linens, large smart tv, comfy blankets and a large 2 sink bathroom and separate toilet and bath area. Take a walk upstairs to the FUN loft that overlooks the downstairs. There you will find a King sized bed, triple sheet - luxury linens, large smart tv, dresser and a separate toilet, sink and shower bath area. Unit comes with comfy robes for your spa enjoyment and relaxation!

The kitchen is a smaller set up but boasts full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and cute smaller stove. Our unit has a Kurig style coffee maker, complimentary creamer, sugar, and the coffee pods. Dining table is set to seat 6.

The quaint living area has a pull out couch that sleeps 2 add'l people and a large comfy chair to chill and watch Netflix. The large SMART tv is mounted on a swivel mount to be watched by dining area or couch.

A stack washer / dryer system is provided as well as laundry detergent and bleach.

Our private balcony is cute and has modern seating and vibe for 2. Sit out and enjoy a early morning of coffee while you watch the golfers on the Point Royale golf course that lines the back yard.

Weekend Getaway

the property was clean, updated & modern, great amenities, and easily accessible. Having a great little mexican restaurant on site was an added bonus. Will definitely stay here again.

Close to everything and had everything you would need kitchen cooking wise. Cleaning crew could be more detailed with under pull out sofa but great place to stay. If ever back we will stay again.

Family Weekend

We loved the property. The decor was lovely. It was very clean. The price was reasonable.Getting to the place is not that easy. The address needs to be 19 Fall Creek Trail. I had to call Jaque for help. She was amazing and very helpful.Overall the stay was great. We really enjoyed it and would love to stay again.

July 4th Weekend

My friends, my fiancé, and I stayed at the City Loft over the July 4th weekend. It was a wonderful property and we loved our time there! We were a little disappointed upon arrival, though, as the listing and information the proprty owner had sent us beforehand made it seem like there would be a grill, a pool (shared with other units), and even some board games at the loft to use during our stay. When we were unablw to find these things, we called the owner and they let us know that they use the same welcome informational packet for all their properties. While I am sure that makes it easier for them, it would have been nice to know that the property we were renting would not have these things. Overall, it was a good stay. The area was quiet, the space was clean, the owner responded quickly, and we had a great time exploring Branson! It was perfect for the 4 of us.

City Loft

The property was done very nicely. Loved having new bedsheets on the beds! Only complaint is a little dirt if you start looking closely, ie: behind the toilet seats, there was hair in the shower upstairs, ( I ended up cleaning both bathrooms and showers) and around all the baseboards and under the furniture was dirty, I ended up sweeping the floors. Overall nicely done and we enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

very poor check in

After driving over 7 hours to get to Branson, it took us an hour to find the property. Called Jaqui. She was absolutely no help; did not offer to come to the property to help us. Did not, obviously, give adequate directions to the property. Once checked in, the rest of our visit was OK.
