Discover our Newly Renovated beautiful 2-bedroom gem located in the exclusive gated community of Playacar Phase I, Playa del Carmen and nestled among ancient Mayan ruins. This welcoming private condo provides spectacular Ocean Views from both levels, with balconies overlooking the turquoise Caribbean. The property is just a short walk from the vibrant 5th Avenue.

Features include A/C, WiFi, 1 King bed, 2 Twin beds or a split King, and two Full baths with showers and hairdryers, plus a half-bathroom. Enjoy the additional living room space with a cozy sofa bed. Plus a fully equipped Kitchen with Fridge, Oven, Stove, Microwave and Drinking-Water dispenser.

Additional amenities ideal for a relaxing, luxurious getaway include a 24/7 Reception, In-house Italian Restaurant with Terrace seating, plus a Pool Bar/Restaurant on the beach. This was the perfect condo for our family of 5. The kitchen was well equipped which made it easy to eat some meals in the condo. The property manager was amazing and answered all of our questions and gave us extra info about nearby events. The staff at the resort is extremely pleasant and accommodating. I looked so forward to seeing Marciel the bell hop daily, he is literally the best! There are daily activities for everyone to participate it which made a quiet day by the pool more fun.

Gorgeous beach! And wonderful support from Tara!

We had a fantastic time at the Fisherman resort. Beautiful views and water, quieter beach with no hawkers, clean, good food at the restaurant and the best texting support from Tara! She is the most attentive host we have ever experienced. She sent us orientation videos ahead of check in and texted back immediately when we had a problem locating the resort. (We chose to walk from the bus terminal. Following the Google maps instructions took us to the Phase 2 gate where we were denied entry. Tara helped to direct us around to the Phase 1 entrance, and everything went fine from there. We felt very safe walking in the gated community neighborhood and beach walks back at night.Our 2nd snag was that it was tough to secure a taxi back to the bus terminal on our morning out. We asked the desk to arrange one the night before, but there was no taxi waiting when we came down in the morning. It took an extra 20 min. for them to secure a taxi and we barely made it to our bus before departure. Despite these transportation challenges, I would definitely return to this rental!!

Vacation in paradise

Our family enjoyed our time in the condo. The kitchen was well appointed, and the condo was very clean with nice linens provided. The property managers are top notch regularly checking in to ensure our stay was wonderful. The location itself is in a beautiful community and the sandbar in front of the resort allows are kids to play safely in the ocean.

Wonderful Stay

I had an amazing time at the Sunset Fisherman Resort. My tour m was beautiful and I couldn’t be happier with my accommodations! The home had everything I needed and felt very safe. The staff were wonderful as were the facilities! I will definitely be back !!
