3BR, 3BA ** Immense Wraparound Balcon sur la plage ** !!!

Shoalwater Condominium est situé directement sur le golfe du Mexique à Orange Beach, Alabama. Cette unité du cinquième étage est desservi par deux ascenseurs et dispose de 3 chambres et 3 salles de bains ... chaque chambre a leur propre salle de bains privative complète. Vous trouverez également un balcon enveloppant complète avec accès depuis le salon, la chambre des maîtres, ainsi que d'une deuxième chambre. Mise à jour de TV à écran plat dans everyroom, diffuser Netflix ou Pandora à partir du lecteur BluRay WiFi dans le salon. Le cinquième étage est suffisamment élevée pour que vous ne obtenez pas beaucoup de bruit dans les zones de la piscine pendant la journée, mais assez que vous pouvez laisser la chambre porte patio coulissante ouverte la nuit et écouter le bruit des vagues toute la nuit faible. Ce balcon est un coin balcon, vous donnant une vue ouverts de sable blanc et du golfe du Mexique.

Il ya une grande cuisine entièrement meublée avec bar. Lits comprennent un lit King Size dans la chambre principale et une reine dans chacune des deux autres chambres. La table à manger peut accueillir 6 avec des sièges supplémentaires au bar.

Ce bâtiment a été construit en 1996 et vous fournira une des vacances à la plage les plus agréables jamais! Détendez-vous dans la piscine intérieure et sauna, ou apporter les petits à la piscine pour enfants à l'extérieur sur la grande terrasse de la piscine. Les adultes peuvent se prélasser sur la grande piscine extérieure du Golfe côté, ou vous entraîner dans la salle d'exercice à l'intérieur, ou tout simplement se asseoir sur le balcon et regarder les dauphins.

Il ya des terrains de golf exceptionnels dans la région. Excellente Golfe et remous pêche, grande salle à manger, et des superbes magasins de notre 120 magasin Outlet Mall. Le jeu est à seulement une heure et 45 minutes à Biloxi, MS. Si vous vous sentez un parti à venir sur la tête juste à l'est sur la plage pour quelques miles de la ligne d'état de la Floride. Vous y trouverez le restoroute emblématique «La Flora-Bama Club '. Ce club de renommée mondiale est sur la plage et a la musique live tous les soirs.

This is a beautiful place! Loved the roominess and everything being updated. Wonderful pool area and great access to the beach. Other amenities within walking distance. Danny was also prompt responding to my messages. Our family loved our stay!

Beach House with awesome balcony!

We enjoyed our stay. The Balcony looking out to the ocean was absolutely beautiful. Best balcony we’ve ever stayed on. It was very big and spacious! We loved being able to eat at a table on the balcony and look out at the ocean.

2025 Family Vacation

A very nice 3 bedroom 3 bathroom corner unit located on the 5th floor. Excellent view of the Gulf. The coffee maker didn't work the first day, but I sent a message to the owner Dan and he had a new coffee maker the next afternoon. Our family enjoyed the week!

Great condo with great beach view

This place was exactly as described - wrap around view of the ocean, three beds with three baths, a great kitchen and dining space, nicely appointed. Enough outdoor seating in the balcony for our family to enjoy meals and playing cards. Easy access to stores and restaurants. We loved it and would stay here again when we get the chance!

Condo was very comfortable and the balcony was where we spent a lot of time. View of the Gulf and beach is spectacular. Coffee maker did not work but a call to the Owner and it was replaced the next day. Great place to stay.

Our family stayed in Orange Beach for a volleyball tournament. The condo was great. Well decorated and comfortable. The layout is nice and had enough space for everyone to spread out. Felt like a home away from home.

This place was perfect, especially for the price. Everything you’d expect but we didn’t pay through the nose for it. We immediately booked it for the next year, same dates. May even make it a tradition. Usually cheap and best don’t go together but in this case it did!

Love the location

Being right on the beach was perfect, would stay again, there are a few things in the condo that need attention, the door to the porch is broken, and the kitchen faucet needs to be replaced and the garage disposal is froze up and needs to be replaced as well, but it didn’t stop our vacation, 😎😎😎😎

2023 Orange Beach Vacation!

Really enjoyed our stay..Property owner very nice .. returned calls and e-mails quickly..We loved the Condo and the view was Beautiful!! Right on the Beach!! Would definitely stay there again!! The room was as explained in description. We had plenty of room for two families with teenage kids (a total of 8). The view was amazing from balcony. Love how the condo is directly on beach and only steps away to the beach. We had a wonderful stay thanks for sharing your condo.

Excellent Location and balcony!

This condo had a huge balcony...we stayed there most of the time when we weren't on the beach. It was close to all the restaurants and watering holes as well. Thank god we decided on getting the 3 bedroom and not the 2 bedroom... also very nice that each bedroom had their own bathroom... very nice! Hope to come back soon.

Great Room

Overall, it was a great stay. It was in a great location. Had a lot to do around the condo. One of the best things about the unit was the huge balcony with the new outdoor furniture. The picture doesn’t show the new furniture but it’s really nice. Will be looking to book their in the near future.

Beach Vacay 2025

The condo is located in an excellent spot in the building. The beds were comfortable. Most of the furniture was decent. There were some dirty dishes in the cabinet. The cabinet drawers are in terrible shape and so are all the utensils in them. Some bathrooms didn't have any soap.Overall it was OK but we had to buy a lot of paper plates, cutlery etc. after we checked in.

My wife and I vacationed to Orange Beach after going to Destin for several years. We just fell in love with the vibe that Orange Beach had to offer. The white sand beaches and the nice restaurants, golf courses, and water sports were too good to pass up. We ended up buying this condo before we had to head back home. We are from Louisiana (5 hrs away) and look forward to our get away place in Orange Beach!

This corner unit has the biggest balcony we could find! We had to have a 3BR, 3BA because we have a large family. We hope that this condo will be a part of the many memories that you will leave with when visiting Orange Beach.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Along with the beach chairs and daily umbrella rentals, the vast pool deck was unique to this particular complex. Of course, the big balcony was also appealing and something that enabled us to really appreciate the beach and water view.
