Cette unitĂ© dĂ©corĂ©e professionnellement est situĂ©e au rez-de-chaussĂ©e. Notre arriĂšre-cour est le golfe du Mexique! Vous n'aurez pas la peine d'attendre dans les ascenseurs ou de prendre les escaliers. Sortez par la porte arriĂšre et vous ĂȘtes en route vers les magnifiques plages de sable blanc d'Orange Beach. Notre terrasse est pratique pour la piscine et vous pouvez profiter de la plage tout en regardant vos enfants nager.
Notre unitĂ© au rez-de-chaussĂ©e comprend trois chambres et deux salles de bain. Il y a 4 tĂ©lĂ©visions Ă  Ă©cran plat, DVD, cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ©e, laveuse et sĂ©cheuse pleine grandeur et matelas trĂšs confortables. Les chambres ont des rideaux occultants au cas oĂč vous voudriez dormir.

Romar Place est un complexe bien entretenu. Nous sommes situés à proximité de restaurants, épiceries, magasins et avons la plus belle plage. Les couchers de soleil sont spectaculaires.

You will have no regrets staying in the lovely condo. Love the ground floor unit, grassy area and acess to the beach. 5 stars for cleanliness, views and communication for super easy check in. My only regret is we could not stay longer :) We will be returning!

Beautiful Condo

This property was absolutely perfect! We loved that it was on the bottom floor!!! Pool was located just across the gate to the left and the beach was right out front of our sliding door! The condo has been updated since the pictures on the original listing! It is absolutely beautiful and has all the comforts of home! Gloria was a pleasure and was super accommodating!

So relaxing!!

Condo was comfy and clean and the property was amazing. Pool was literally a few feet from the condo and beach was just past that!! Gloria was attentive and checked in to make sure all was well!!! I would absolutely recommend this property and hope to be able to stay there again!!

Perfect family location

My family and I lived staying at this beautiful condo by the beach. The face that it is a floor level condo makes it perfect with kiddos. Communicating with the owner was lovely, just perfect.

Orange Beach Mini Holiday

4 night concert stay

This was the perfect stay for our trip. Easy access to pool and beach. Safe environment. We’ve stayed places that don’t have pots/pans/silverware/seasonings so when you stay somewhere that you don’t have to buy all that extra stuff after you get there that you already had at home it definitely makes a world of difference. We had come to town for a concert and they were able to fit our arrival and departure schedule. We will book again in the future.

Thanksgiving Week

We had a great Thanksgiving week stay with our daughter and her family. The heated indoor pool and sauna were a hit and they were only 50 feet from the door. The beach access was just as good The condo was well maintained and well decorated. The kitchen was well equipped with all the equipment we needed.

Family trip

When you have a family the most important thing is location! This one was PERFECT! Pool and beach both steps away. Family friendly atmosphere. The condo has everything you need and then some. The only complaint came from the kids and it was the WiFi was kind of weak and their Nintendos wouldn’t connect. The adults didn’t care and honestly the kids didn’t need them anyway. Beach time was all that was necessary.we will be back!

Alright, but overpriced


My family came down for softball tournament and we had many of our teams families staying here. We chose this unit because it was the only ground level we could find available. We have always had ground level units just for easy access to beach. We usually have our friends hang out with us on our porch. Apparently that was a huge mistake here. I’ll start with the condo itself..some of the furniture shown in pictures was not even the same stuff in the unit. There were multiple chairs missing from the patio. It also says they had a lot of extras for kitchen equipment. This place had 2 spoons for cooking and had been used so many times that the plastic has worn off. Wasn’t impressed. It was nice to have an ice maker and the a/c worked great. Two of the pillows in the master didn’t even have pillows in the cases, it was literally just the pillow stuffing shoved in a pillow case. If we had the allotted 8 people allowed to stay here there isn’t even enough seating in the living room nor the patio for everyone to sit. Other than that it was alright. We have stayed many ground level but this one was well over $1000 more then I usually pay and was much smaller and overall not as nice. Now onto the actual resort itself. If you plan to have company over even for dinner, they threaten to evict you for not following the 8 person limit even though we were all staying at the same resort. Loved location but won’t be staying here again simply because of all the rules and price.

As Expected Other than....

Unit had not been cleaned from prior guests when we arrived at check-in, however the manager sent someone to clean quickly and refunded $50. Things happen. Otherwise very satisfied with the unit and would stay again.

Location, location, location!

This is a perfect condo that’s literally ON the beach! It’s also 20 steps away from the indoor and outdoor pools. The kids stayed in the pools or on the beach the entire four days. They only came inside to bathe, use the bathroom, eat, and aleep. What a wonderful vacation spot for our family. We really enjoyed ourselves! We will come again!

Perfect Beach Getaway!

Loved everything about this condo! Being on the first floor right next to the pool and beach access made our lives so easy with our kids. Condo had everything you could possibly need, owner was incredibly friendly and fast to respond. I would absolutely book this place again solely for the convenience of it being steps from the pool and beach!

Location!

Love this unit for a lot of reasons. The location is perfect and the access to the pool and beach is awesome, especially if you have kids with you. There are only a few steps down to the beach and it’s easy to run back-and-forth when needed. Gloria, the property owner, is very responsive and helpful. This is our second year staying on a ground floor unit and we will definitely be back again! Great for families and small kids, no nonsense or rowdy behavior at this complex, which makes it very family-friendly.

My sister and I purchased this unit in 1998. To me, it is a little piece of heaven. The ease of being on the 1st floor is so appealing. Once you can avoid the elevators and not using the stairs you will be spoiled. Many of our renters book every year due to the convenience - we hope you will give it a try. Life should be easy at the beach!

We selected Romar Place because it is well kept and clean. I love this area - the beach is beautiful- perfect for early morning and late afternoon walks. The sunsets make great pictures and memories.

I love the bottom floor unit - it is so easy and the Gulf of Mexico is my back yard! Our profile picture is our family at our yearly beach reunion. As you can see, we have a great location for pictures with a fabulous background.
