About this space
Welcome to our vacation home in Lincoln, NH, across from Loon Mountain.

Our 5-bed, 3-bath home sleeps 16 and is ready to host your family and friends for everything from hiking and skiing to family gatherings.

Take the ski shuttle to Loon or enjoy a short drive to the pool, gym, tennis courts, and saunas.

Savor the beautiful views from the kitchen or deck, or simply relax as a family in one of the two living rooms.

We also offer high-speed Wi-Fi, a foosball table, and 250+ TV channels.
The space
The main level has 1 bedroom, a full bath, a kitchen, dining area, and a living room.

On your way upstairs you will find a cozy loft with a beanbag chair and a futon.

Upstairs there is a master bedroom, a second bedroom, and a full bath.

The downstairs level has a Master bedroom, a second bedroom, a full bath, a kitchenette, and a living room.

A Great Place for Our Family Ski Trip to Loon

This property easily accommodated our ten extended adult family members on our ski trip to Loon. All three levels of the unit were clean, and the kitchen had what we needed to prepare meals for our large group. Everything matched the description provided by the property owner. Jason even kept in touch during our stay to be sure that everything was going well! The property is a very short drive to Loon and there is even a shuttle bus that stops in front of the unit. Overall, a great place to stay for a great weekend at Loon.

Perfect place for family with young kids for a ski weekend

Overall great stay! Excellent location to the Loon. Shuttles come every 30 minutes and right in front of the house. House was spacious and functional. The owner responded to our inquiries via messaging immediately and was proactive throughout the stay.The pool, hot bath and common area in village was a big plus for families with young kids.

Perfect for a ski weekend

Plenty of room for our family to stay for a ski weekend. Close to Loon, and easy to drive and park or take the shuttle on weekends. I had a question about the heat in some of the rooms, and the host was very fast with guidance. Easy to check in and out - we enjoyed the stay!

Skiing trip to Loon mountain

Property was as described. Communication with the owner was very easy. Had a couple of issues, which owner addressed practically immediately, even though it was a Christmas weekend -- much appreciated!!Shuttle bus to Loon mountain is right in front of the house, which is a huge plus.Highly recommend!

Family fun!

Nice large unit comfortable and clean. Kitchenette in lower level so great for 2-3 families. Plenty of space for our group of 13. Just know there are many stairs to go down to get into into unit from driveway. Love the area! Also pool was great with Jacuzzi sauna n kids arcade. Thannks again!
