You'll be 5 minutes from EWR Airport and 8 minutes from Penn Station (which runs direct to NYC non-stop)

As a coffee enthusiast myself, I've equipped the place with an Espresso, Drip Coffee, French Press, and a Nespresso machine

Spring break Family Trip

Sam is really nice and helpful during our stay. The house is fully equipped and we’ve got everything we need. Excellent choice for families with teens.

GREAT PLACE AND VERY SAFE

An amazing stay, We came from Australia to an unknown City. I have to say that it was close to everything and the House in itself was clean with plenty of space for a band as big as our. Public transport and food were so close. I would recommend to international travellers sourselves.

I was very disappointed with this stay. First, the photos imply you are getting a full house, which is not the case. More importantly, the property was not up to standard for the price. The heating and AC were totally inadequate. Some rooms were sweltering even with extra fans, while another room had zero heat and a draft so bad the curtains moved every time a car drove by. To top it off, the owner told us the WiFi was "just" having issues, but the guest book shows it hasn't worked for a long time. We checked in at 3 PM and left by 3 PM the next day because it was so uncomfortable. We lost a lot of money on this stay. Proceed with caution!

Very convenient

Perfect place for my family of six.Convenient 25 minute walk to Penn station or easily Uber over.Has basic amenities as well as hairdryers in both bathrooms.The place was clean, and the host was easy to communicate with. We stayed over Christmas and New Year’s, so the neighbors did get a bit loud with celebrating, but we’re responsible enough to quiet down at a reasonable time.The beds are very comfortable and the two bathrooms were nice and clean.Will recommend this location to others.

BAND FROM AUSTRALIA

We were new to NYC, had no idea where to go. We came as a 10pc Band to play in Broadway. The accomodation felt so homely for most of us and the loction to manhattan wasnt that far away. The Property Management are 10/10 always willing to help. Great place and great Managment

Great host

My overall experience was great! My favourite part was how responsive and kind the host was, he attended to our every need. Samuel is a very humble man with a big heart. The home had all the essentials needed for our stay, quiet neighborhood and the thermostat worked BEST!! lol. The beds were very comfy and the atmosphere gave that “right at home feel” I did. Not want to leave! I will be booking again for sure!

This property was disappointing. The space was not prepped for our arrival - super hot. Feedback about this from the owner was apologetic but empty. They basically said it would get better - which it did. But by that time two people in our party had decided to stay elsewhere.The property borders a waste mgt facility and garbage trucks greeted us on the street upon our arrival and throughout our stay. It smelled and was disruptive noisy… plus we spotted two rats on our returns from trips into the city.The shared space was extremely cramped and inhospitable. No dishwasher, weird coffee maker with the water reservoir on the filter arm? And no communication included in prep info to describe this.Would avoid this property and not recommend.
