The open floor plan welcomes you with a warm and inviting living area, complete with a new gas fireplace and a smart flat-screen TV. Enjoy the ambiance from the formal dining room, which seats 10, or from the kitchen counter, which seats 4. On the second-level landing, there’s a perfect kid hangout spot featuring a comfy couch, a flat-screen TV, and a Nintendo Switch gaming console for hours of entertainment.

Head down to the basement and dive into pure entertainment! You'll discover a theater room, massage chair, pool table, large flat-screen TV, arcade game console, and shuffleboard table. Whatever your idea of fun, you’ll find it here.

The Galena Territory boasts over 24 miles of hiking and horseback riding trails, with access just behind the house! At the Owner’s Club, you’ll find multiple pools, tennis, basketball, pickleball courts, a game room, meeting rooms, and a kids' play area. Guests have access to the entire home and outdoor area. An electronic lock code will be provided in your welcome email.

The house includes 6 proximity cards for access to the owner's club. Additional day passes can be purchased for $5 per day.
