It sleeps up to 16 guests.

Additional Guests are $10/night, per person, for the duration of the stay).

There are 5 private, Queen Bedrooms, as well as 2 non-private Queen Beds and a Bunk Set in the open loft. It also has 3 Full Baths.

There is a Full Kitchen, with Appliances, a Dining Area, a Great Room, with Couches and a SmartTV (no TV service, but connectable to the Free WiFi internet, so if you have a streaming YouTube TV account, etc., that would work)

There is and Indoor Fireplace AND and Outdoor Fireplace.

The Lodge also has a Hot Tub on the Covered, Wrap-Around Deck, as well as a Fire Pit and chairs.

Great for families to gather and get some time away!

We are from IL and our family lives in PA. We met up at Hocking Hills and it did not disappoint. Scenic Ridge Lodge was a great place for our family. It was in a great location, short drive to most of the hikes and close to Lake Logan. There were also several restaurants, coffee shops, and ice cream close by. Walmart was also a short drive. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with kitchen appliances. The host was very quick to answer questions prior to our stay. We would definitely stay at this location or another one of the hosts locations again in the future.

Cabin was beautiful and perfect for my daughter’s bachelorette weekend.

The cabin was spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect. It seemed like we were secluded but close to everything.

The lodge was as described. We all loved the style of the home. Kitchen and living room area were great. The wrap around porch was lovely. A couple of things that were a little bit of a drawback was low water pressure and no washer and dryer which would have come in handy since, unfortunately, we had some family members become ill with a stomach virus. A suggestion for the bedrooms would be nightstands on both sides of the bed for glasses, meds and water and maybe a simple bench at the foot of the bed for bag overflow.

Absolutely amazing!!

This cabin was extremely clean!! It’s very spacious, well stocked!! It literally has everything you could possibly need!! I can’t say anything bad about this cabin!! I highly recommend it!

Very nice spacious log cabin.

This cabin had plenty of room for family, 8 adults, 4 kids. Three bathrooms is definitely a plus with that many people. A couple of things to mention was water pressure wasn’t the best but we managed. The icemaker on the fridge was rather slow so we wound up just buying more ice. For the bedrooms, I would suggest a nightstand on both sides of the bed particularly for those of us with glasses, daily meds and water glasses. A simple bench at the foot of the bed would also be helpful for baggage.

We arrived (9/24/26 at 4:00pm) and met a maintenance person who told us that we did not have any water as the system was broken and he needed to purchase a part to fix it. He left the property and did not return. After I sent several emails to the owner and a phone call at 10:45pm we finally received a text from the management company, who gave me another phone number to call (Emergency #). I called that number and spoke to someone who told me that they'd get the water system working in the morning.We had water restored at 12pm (9/25/26).I found out that the maintenance person tried to "Rig, hotwire" the system to temporarily operate the system (He did not tell me that when we arrived at the property). When a water truck was sent to the property on 9/25/26, the cistern top was removed to find that the cistern was filled to the top (So the rigged hotwiring worked, but no one knew, as no one followed up to tell us what was done (Attempted).The reason for this long explanation, is to highlight the issue of communication. Explaining what was attempted could have changed our first days experience.All in all, we had a wonderful time at the cabin and the people we delt with were very nice (I think the names were Joey, Ashley, by email and another gentleman who took my call at 10:45pm and Larry, the person who brought the water).

The perfect Lodge for our girl's trip!

From the minute we drove up the driveway the view was stunning! The lodge sits at the top of a hill and there are views from every window. The furnishings, layout and amenities were top notch. We utilized the outdoor fireplace and hot tub nightly. The bedrooms were large and very comfortable. We had 8 people during our stay but the lodge definitely could have held more. We were in close proximity to restaurants, hiking and attractions. It made our girls' trip perfect!

Great home but the driveway is a doozy!

This home is great. No complaints at all! But that driveway is another matter. It’s steep at the bottom with ruts on the right hand side which hampers getting a running start to make it up. We had 2 vans that were loaded with kids and stuff. We were spinning out and throwing rocks all the way up! A great cause of anxiety for me and our other driver. The driveway is the only reason I will consider searching for something else next year.

Fun 4th of July!

The cabin has a beautiful wrap-around deck with a gorgeous view. However, did not realize how close the cabin was to the highway - but got used to the noise. We weren’t quite prepared for the gravel driveway being such a challenge, either. Beds were very comfortable, the kitchen is well-stocked, and there were plenty of bath towels for our group of 9 adults and 7 little ones. However, the water pressure for the showers and bathtubs was awful. Not sure if anything can be done for that. Also, it would be nice to have a mirror and a small dresser in the bedrooms (to stash clothes for a few days). All in all, our stay was FUN - the proximity to Lake Logan (1 mile) was awesome, and only a 20 minute drive to hike at Old Man’s Cave. We had a blast!
