This property is situated in the heart of Hampton Beach. The beach is a 5-minute walk from the front door and you'll be in the ocean in no time. You’ll also find all that Hampton is known for within walking distance of the condo. Our property however, is on a quiet, residential road so you won't have to deal with any traffic or larger groups that Hampton Beach can sometimes be known to bring in.

You'll have complete access to the entire 1900sq. ft. condo, including the heated two-car attached garage (space for an additional car in front), spacious kitchen, dining nook, large living room with electric fireplace, and all 4 bedrooms and bathrooms. You'll also have access to the washer and dryer in the private laundry room.


Welcome to Hampton Beach! Our newly renovated 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom luxury condo is perfect for a family getaway with the kids or a beach vacation with your crew. Within a 5-minute walk, you can be on the beach with your toes in the ocean, strolling on the boardwalk, or heading downtown to enjoy some of Hampton Beach's other activities. This includes arcade games, tons of dining options, and shopping. There are often live performances nearby, and vendors for surfing, boating, and whale watching options during your stay. While you’re close enough to enjoy all that Hampton has to offer, our property is situated far enough away to still enjoy peace and quiet and hear the ocean waves from your window!

Our home has been newly renovated and updated to provide you with a beautiful, comfortable, and luxurious space to enjoy during your stay. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’ll need to cook including all brand new appliances.

Our condo has 4 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The top floor boasts a gorgeous master suite with a queen size bed and a luxurious en suite bathroom containing a large shower and freestanding bathtub. This floor also has another bedroom with a full-sized sofa bed, perfect for smaller humans and/or children, and an en suite bathroom containing a shower. The 2nd floor has our second master suite, identical to the one upstairs, and another bedroom with a full-sized bed and ensuite bathroom containing a shower. The main floor consists of the kitchen, dining space, laundry room, and living room, which homes a very comfortable couch as another sleeping option for larger groups. This home has space for 8 guests however, please note that the full-sized sofa bed is slightly smaller and the couch in the living room provides another sleeping arrangement.

The main level living space is open and gives you plenty of room to relax after a long day at the beach or cook up a yummy dinner in the kitchen for your group to enjoy. There is plenty of storage space throughout the property for all of your beach and vacation gear so don't worry about "packing light"!

We offer parking for 3 cars. Two cars can park inside the garage and the third vehicle can fit right in front. In the garage, there will be a locked closet. This closet will not be accessible to guests as it is for our cleaners. During your stay, our cleaners may need to access these closest during a stay. They will only access the garage to get replenishable items from the locked closet. If additional parking is needed, there is a paid lot right around the corner on Ashworth Avenue called Central Parking. They offer 24 hour parking and I do recommend reserving your parking well in advance of your stay. There may also be unique occasions when alternative parking may be necessary. This home would be perfect for a family or a group of friends looking to get away for a week or so and come enjoy the salty beach life that Hampton Beach has to offer. Our brand new condo is the perfect mix of luxury and comfort and your only job while you're here is to enjoy the views!
