House is immaculate, amazing view, short walk to the beach. Parking is a plenty. The management company was on point. Overall we would definitely stay there again. My 3 year old absolutely loved chilling out on the deck and was pleased to sleep on the top bunk of the bunk beds.

The house was beautiful, very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The 2 full baths and 2 half baths also made our stay comfortable. Sean was very prompt is responding to any of our messages. The distant view of the ocean and sand dunes off the deck was wonderful. The beach was a very short walk to an expansive beach. Parking was very convenient for the 1 car we traveled in. Out of the back of the house was a staging area for the ongoing, active bridge construction to Seabrook nearby. The construction noise went on for 24 hours each day of our stay. It was especially disruptive in the night when we were trying to sleep. spite of that, we had a wonderful time!

Clean and beautiful house!! Right on the beach with amazing views and easy access to cute towns like Exeter and Portsmouth. House was very quiet and comfortable. Our family had an amazing time staying here and spending time together. We got to see horses on the beach too! All around fantastic stay. Would definitely stay here again, so much to do right in town and all walkable too. The host was very attentive and made check in and check out a breeze! 5 stars!

Needs new appliances, 2 burners on oven did not work, refrigerator doors did not close correctly, microwave had a crack in the back, remote for upstairs air conditioner did not work. They had to fix downstairs sink. Furniture needs to be replaced. Ripped pillows. This all should have been checked before our arrival. No beach chairs and needs new cooking pans. Not very clean. The only good thing was the location.

Beautiful beach house, short walk to beach or night life and restaurants!

I am very pleased with this property it was as advertised, very clean, great spot very close to beach(minor walk but still very close) and the action in Hampton Beach community.Parking worked out fine for 3 full size vehicles and it’s very close drive to MOTORSPORTS PARK at Epping NH for NHRA Nationals. Extra perk from other places we stay was coffee and other amenities on site to hold you over upon arrival. The host was available by message anytime and overall a high quality experience.In future will use this home again!

Dreamy home and stellar customer service

This home was gorgeous and spotless, and the views were amazing. Our family loved walking the beach in Hampton and Seabrook. And Seacoast Vacation Rentals staff were incredibly responsive. They’re available 24 hours a day to answer any questions. I called with a wifi question and received an immediate answer. They also let us check in early as pipes froze at our first rental. I will definitely be bookmarking this home!
