Relax and enjoy your time with friends and family in this spacious 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom home with an additional bunk room for kids to have fun. The home is jus steps to the beach and large community pool. There is no need to pack your family and beach equipment into your car to fight for parking at public beach access. This beach house is located in the Gulfside Cottages community, a charming safe and well loved neighborhood known for its close proximity to the beach with no major streets to cross.

House Policy:
We are excited to share our beach home with other families. We have had so many wonderful memories of our families and friends in this home. We only ask our guests to treat this home like it is their own and care for it so others would also have a chance to enjoy the home as well.

Please be respectful of our neighbors, and other visiting guests in the neighborhood. Please refrain from loud noises.

Please remove shoes inside home to help us maintain a beautiful clean home.

NO Smoking inside or on balcony areas.

Children must be supervised at all times on Balcony.

NO Jumping off of bunk beds.

Beach towels and beach clothing must be dried outside and free of sand before using washing and drying machine.

Please keep trash in designated areas.

Please pick up after yourselves and help keep our community and beach clean.

All local rules and laws applies.

Access to Pool: Hello Sunshine guests have access to the community pool for the duration of their reservation; from time to time, the pool may be shut down for maintenance and/or cleaning beyond our control. In such event, no refunds will be provided. Pool Rules must be followed.

BBQ Grill: We do not charge for BBQ use. We will not be able to help guests turn on the BBQ if they are unable to. Guests need to clean grill before and after use. If BBQ Grill is left uncleaned there will be a $35 cleaning fee. There is an empty propane tank for guests to take to the gas station or wherever to trade in for a full one. If you wanted this done before you arrive or during your visit, there is a $35 trip fee plus whatever the tank costs.

Please do not remove any items from home. Please do not move large furniture items around.

Any non emergency issues please give 24hrs to resolve. In case of emergency please call host with number provided and give 2hrs for response time.

SUPPLIES: While we do leave a small starter pack of supplies for your check-in, please be prepared to stop by a supermarket to get additional items you may need. For longer stays, you probably will need to bring more shampoo, soap, toilet paper and detergent.  Cooking supplies like salt, spices and olive oil are not provided.

TOWELS and Linens: Towels and linens are provided. We do not provide beach Towels. For longer stays, guests encourage to buy a small amount of detergent to wash them in case you need them washed every other day or as you please.

Washer and dryer are free to use and are located inside the house. Please dry all beach towels and beach clothing outside and shake off items free of sand before putting into washer/ dryer.

BBQ Free of charge. Please bring your own propane tank or use the empty one provided and fill at the gas station or anywhere that provides that service. Please clean grill before and after use. Any grill left unclean Le’s is subject to $50 cleaning fee.

POOL:
Codes will be provided for guest to have access for the duration of their reservation. Please note pool closures due to cleaning and maintenance is out of our control, in such case we do not provide refund or discounts for the reservation.

EARLY CHECK-IN: Only If available. Subject to additional charge depending on requests.

LATE CHECKOUT: not guaranteed. Extra day needs to be booked to guarantee the late checkout. Late check out subject to additional charge depending on situation. Please keep in mind our cleaners charge based on their time, all cleanings have been scheduled according to check out time.

Bugs and pests are a pain! Especially here in Florida. Some bugs do not live in the house but are quick to enter a home through an open door or cracked window. Please make sure to keep doors closed to prevent unwanted friends inside.
