Welcome to Shanty Creek! This newly renovated two bedroom condo nestled in Summit Village sits on the 10th tee box of the Summit Golf Course. With an open wall to wall window view from the main living area, there are incredible views of the course during the day and beautiful sunset views at night. Both of which can be enjoyed from indoors out on the back deck.

Within the space, the condo includes two separate bedrooms. Each bedroom has two queen-size memory foam mattress beds, a 50" flat screen smart TV, and their own individual bathrooms. The bathroom in the primary bedroom has a walk-in shower and the bathroom in the secondary bedroom has bathtub/shower combo. All fully renovated June 2023.

The main area includes a galley style kitchen (newly updated December 2024) with new counter-tops and cabinets and all new appliances. The kitchen includes a full size refrigerator and freezer, range/stove-top, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and a complimentary coffee bar.

The living room has a full size couch, two recliners, a kitchen table and chairs, a 55" flat screen smart TV, and a wood burning fireplace.

Also included is a walk-in laundry room with access to both a washer and dryer plus an ironing board and iron.

The condo has available a high chair, pack-n-play with sheets, games, puzzles, books, and beach towels.

Within walking distance of the condo are tennis and pickle-ball courts, "Shanty Town", a playground, and the Lakeview Hotel. You will have access to the hotel pool and hot tub.

Within driving distance you will find bars and restaurants to enjoy downtown Bellaire. There is also shared beach access which is offered exclusively to you as our guest, but limited to only certain rental properties. Lounge chairs are available at the beach along with a huge lawn area, playground, grills and restrooms on-site.

Additionally, a free shuttle through Shanty Creek is provided to those travelling to and from downtown Bellaire and between Summit, Schuss, and Cedar River. No matter what time of year you are visiting there is always something to do. With excellent golf to include 5 championship golf courses, 46 ski runs, 31.5 miles of trails for hiking, mountain biking, or winter sports through Glacial Hills Pathway and Natural area.
