Located in the heart of Summit Village, this updated, dog-friendly condo sits right next to the tennis and pickleball courts with a beautiful view of the golf course. Guests love being able to walk to everything—the Lakeview Hotel, resort restaurants and bars, fitness center, spa, pools, and even the shuttle to Schuss Mountain.

Inside, you’ll find a clean, thoughtfully furnished space that feels like home. The full kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need to cook and share meals, while the cozy living area—with its fireplace and large windows—invites you to unwind after a day of skiing, golfing, or exploring. Step out onto the private deck for morning coffee, fire up the small grill for dinner, or simply take in the peaceful views of the greens and trees beyond.

Great place for skiing family

So so so nice. Owners are very thoughtful with what is provided in this condo. They go above and beyond to make you comfortable but even had provided some things we forgot to pack. Very clean. Skiing was cold and the fire with provided wood was great to relax to at night. Pool very close as well, kids had a blast. Stay again in a heartbeat!

Great Family Condo

My family loved our recent three night stay at Courtside condo. The accommodations were exactly as promised. We especially loved the spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and coziness of the fireplace. The complimentary wood for the fire was very much appreciated as was the fully stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes, glasses and cooking materials. The coffee bar was the best I have ever seen and now I want to replicate it in my own home. The communication we received from management was excellent. I have nothing but rave reviews for Courtside Condo at Summit and would gladly stay here again on our next visit. Hoping to try out the summer season next time.

Perfect ski weekend

Family winter weekend

This is the 2nd time we have rented this condo, love the coffee bar, and the openness of the condo, its location in the same building as no worries, for the having 2 families in the same build. Once again, the host was easy to work with and very accompanying.

We came up for a family wedding. It is beautiful up there. We had a great time. We enjoyed the pickle ball court. We enjoyed that the Restaurant and bar was walking distance. Condo was very clean. We would definitely go back.

Winter ski weekend

Needed a place to stay that was pet friendly and close to ski hills. This place was great for all of our needs. Also close to Bellaire. Would have like room darkening curtains for bedrooms since a lot of outside lights shone through the curtains- especially the front bedroom by the parking area.

Cozy condo in great location

We had a terrific time at this well equipped condo, sitting by the fire at night and playing games from the reasonably well supplied stash we found upon arrival. There is a cute coffee bar and the king sized bed in the master suite was amazingly comfortable. You can walk across the street to the Lakeview hotel to use the pool and hot tub and also enjoy the cafe that serves Starbucks drinks and delicious baked goods. Great place to stay with lots of excellent hiking and skiing nearby.

Birthday Golf Getaway

I must say my husband and I enjoyed our stay at this property greatly! All communication with the property manager was timely and extremely helpful! The property itself was lovely and provided the comfort we needed. The condo was fully stocked from kitchen needs (everything you might need including a crockpot), towels, extra blankets, board games, tennis rackets and balls, fun books for kids, etc..., and we also had access to the hotel amendities such as the indoor/outdoor pools, along with the lovely private beach club (a must go to activity)!!!! We highly recommend the property and the location!!! As a side note, it was nice to watch the golfers as they were able to tee off from a location right outside of the primary bedroom window, and the back patio. The residents who live in the surrounding units are also very nice and pleasant. We struck up lovely conversations and truly enjoyed our stay! Will definately be back!

Lake Michigan fun!

We selected this property because of its great location for golf, exploring and fun on beautiful lakes (Bellaire, Torch Lake & Lake Michigan), hiking and great shoping! The condo was beautiful inside with a great view of the golf course and access to the resorts pools, lake and restaurants.

Shabty Creek Stay for Thanksgiving

My parents and I stayes Thanksgiving week because it was near other family hosting Thanksgiving. The accommodations were great. Due for some updates, but was clean. The silverware was dirty so we cleaned it and the dishwasher was full when we got there, but didn’t seem like it had be run so we reran it. The kitchen sink was stinky, but we threw some cleaner down the drain and that helped. We had a very nice stay.

Balloons over Bellaire

3 couples on motorcycles came to see the balloons. We were within walking distance of where they went up. The home was perfect for us. Very clean. The guys enjoyed watching the golfers tee off from our back balcony!

Stay at Shanty Creek

The location of the property was perfect; right in the middle of the resort and easy access to downtown Bellaire. It was a very relaxing week playing golf at the resort.

Nice location, accurate listing at Shanty Creek

We stayed for 7 nights in June with our family of 6. The condo is a ground floor unit, with a few steps up from the parking lot. Condo was clean and well-maintained. New appliances in the kitchen, including Keurig and lots of coffee pods. Condo back deck is maybe 40 feet from the 1st tee off of the Summit golf course. Was only busy on the weekend, and even then, everyone was very respectful. We also used the tennis/pickleball courts- there are 2 tennis rackets and balls in the condo closet. The indoor and outdoor pools at the Lakeview Hotel were nice to use as well. The lake clubhouse and beach area were very pretty and kept well. There is no grill at the condo, but there are several to use at the lake clubhouse. The area is busy on the weekends but fairly quiet during the week. The condo upstairs was occupied part of the time we were there, but we all tried to be respectful with noise and it wasn't a problem. If you brought a barky dog, I think it would be pretty annoying for other guests nearby as the condos and back porches are close together. This location in Shanty Creek is great for day trips to nearby towns like Elk Rapids, Charlevoix, Boyne City, and Traverse City. Lots of beautiful golf courses in this area, as well as gorgeous lakes, fruit farms (we picked strawberries at King Orchards), and summer fun.

Expanding family

Our host was phenomenal, seeing how we had to get there a day early. Great location for hiking , golfing and just walking up to the restaurant. Well equipped kitchen, we were able to easily cook our meals on site.

Home away from home.

The condo was super clean and cozy. Being within walking distance to the hotel was perfect for the wedding we were attending. It was just a short walk up the boardwalk and across the road.
