This quiet tranquil house features 3 king private bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. A Queen Murphy bed in a bonus area is available if needed. Guests can enjoy High speed Fiber Internet, TV, gas fire place, Cold AC, a washing machine and dryer. The open kitchen has plenty of counter space for cooking. The kitchen is fully stocked with a microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, K-cup and regular coffee makers, pot & pans. If you have any questions please ask.

They call it Edi “slow” for a reason. This Island is not for everyone. Edisto has NO red lights, no sky rises, no hotels, no rush hour & no chain restaurants.
However, If you are looking for a kicked back relaxing Family Vacation, with Southern Hospitality and Love Nature then .......“Welcome Home”.
Edisto is all about a slower pace of life. Country Life meets Beach Life. Rocking chairs, Sweet Tea, Shrimp n Grits, Sunsets on the Point, Dolphins, Sea Turtles, Bicycling, etc.

Absolutely NO pets and NO smoking in house or on premises.

**This home is a Mid-Term / Long Term monthly rental only.** We do not offer short week nor weekend stays. Please feel free to reach out to me if you are interested in renting multiple months or Longer stays. We have a min number of (30days ) or 1 month stay but can accommodate longer term stays if desired.

We also have 1 full camper hook up spot that can be made available for a monthly rental for (an additional fee.) This includes Water, Power and Septic. Please message us if you are interested in the Full Camper site Hook up.

* Sunset on Edisto Beach Point-8.4 miles ( Best Sunsets w/Dolpins) 3624 Yacht Club Rd Edisto Beach Acess. Park then walk out to beach point.

*Environmental Learning Nature Center - 4.9 miles. (Tue-Sat 9:am-4:00pm)

* Edisto Beach State Park -3.6 miles. (Best Sand Beach access w/bathroom inside white building & Best swimming Beach.

* Botany Bay Plantation - 3 miles. (Driving Tour & Unique Untouched Beach)4,000 acre Preserve

* Serpentarium - 2 miles (Tues-Sat 10:00am-5:pm). Alligator feeding

* Kings Market- 6.2 miles. Fresh Market Veggies, KeyLime Pie, She Crab Soup, Cinn Rolls. Great to stop at on your way in. Just off hwy 174 on right.

* Marsh Hen- 9 miles. Famous heirloom Stone Ground Grits. Sold in package for later cooking. Hwy 174 on way in.
