4 Bed 3 Bath / 2 Master Suites / 86" TV / Hot Tub / Pool / In Calabay Parc

New Home theater set up in the living room featuring an 86" LCD TV, custom (in wall) speakers with Sub woofer. Master boasts a 65" TV and there is an exterior TV mounted in the pool Patio area.

Our home is in a highly desired community with meticulous landscaping and great location. The community has 24 hour video surveillance in multiple places on every street.

We are right off US-27 and about 5 minutes from I-4 and I-192 making it easy to travel to all of your favorite attractions.

Our beautiful and modern home was recently updated top to bottom including paint, hardwood floors, kitchen cabinets, quarts counter tops, a custom island, and new stainless appliances. New faucets and lighting were installed in all three bathrooms along with European body wash panels and rainfall shower heads. Both masters have new mattresses with memory foam and TV's with On-Suite bathrooms.

We have a beautiful pool with attached Jacuzzi that is inside a screened patio and overlooks the wooded area and is completely private. We offer pool and spa heat for an additional charge, which will also turn the Jacuzzi into a hot tub. Heating the hot tub also heats the pool because it waterfalls into the pool.

The garage is set up as a nice little game room with Pool Table, Air hockey, and a TV and there is a large picnicking area with playground close by to keep the kids occupied.

We offer free WIFI and have onsite washer and dryer.

We do not allow pets on or at the property.

Great family getaway

This property was just like the pictures and the property manager very welcoming and helpful when needed. Location was about 20-25 from Disney and about 45-50 minutes from Universal (depending on traffic). Pool, TV's and game room were all a plus. Will definitely book again and recommend to others.

Great vacation house

Very nice area close to shops and restaurants. The owner, Bill, offers great info on the area and places to visit. The playground is no longer there but between the game room and pool the kids didnt need it or care. Very pleased with the process of reserving and our stay.

Convenient Location to Orlando

This is a great area to stay at being close to Orlando. Very clean home and roomy. The neighborhood is quite and the people are very friendly. The home owners are very nice, accommodating and quick to respond when needed.

Lovely Villa in Four Corners

Villa is exactly as advertised and I had excellent communication with the owner. Convenient location and restaurants, bars and supermarkets are a short drive away. Close to the I4 and 192 so you’ll never be shorts of various attractions, shopping and eateries. I would definitely recommend and if I stayed in the area again, this villa would be top of my list.
