The Space:

The townhome’s open layout lets you unwind together while still enjoying moments of personal space. Comfort, convenience, and resort‑style amenities blend to make your Florida stay feel effortless.



Living area

The main living room offers ample seating for the whole group, perfect for movie nights or sharing stories of the day’s adventures. Large windows let the sunshine in, and a door opens onto a small private patio with outdoor seating for two, ideal for a quick coffee or evening breeze.



Kitchen & dining

A fully equipped kitchen with stainless‑steel appliances invites you to prepare simple breakfasts or relaxed dinners. The adjacent dining area and breakfast nook flow naturally from the kitchen, creating a space where meals feel casual and together. A washer and dryer are also available, adding convenience for longer stays.



Sleeping arrangements

All three bedrooms are upstairs, providing a quiet retreat from the living spaces. The master bedroom features a king‑size bed and an ensuite bathroom for added privacy. Bedroom two offers a bunk bed with a twin‑over‑full configuration, great for kids or extra guests. Bedroom three contains a queen‑size bed. Bedrooms two and three share a full‑size bathroom.



Resort amenities

Your stay includes access to the Regal Palms community amenity center and clubhouse. Dive into the pool with a slide, drift along the lazy river, or let the kids explore the indoor playground. Keep up with workouts in the gym, enjoy a bite at the on‑site restaurant and bar, or treat yourself to a scoop from the ice‑cream shop. A mandatory resort fee of $22.40 per day, including tax, applies for up to ten guests and provides wristbands for all shared amenities.

The townhome boasts a private entrance and self‑check‑in with a smart lock, plus free parking on the premises and additional street parking. Situated in Davenport, you’re a short drive from Disney World, other Orlando attractions, and just 40 minutes from Orlando International Airport. Major roadways nearby make dining, shopping, and theme‑park trips straightforward.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complementary access to resort amenities. IMPORTANT There is a resort fee of $22.40 including tax per day for 10 people/wrist bands. $22.40 PER DAY Please note that the resort fee is mandatory and applicable whether amenities are used or not. RESORT WILL PROVIDE 10 WRIST BANDS MAX AT GUEST SERVICES.

Situated next to the Highlands Reserve Golf Club, and just minutes from the excitement Orlando has to offer,



Getting Around:

Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Private double driveway that fits (2) cars.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
