The house is meticulously clean & set up with everything to make your stay cozy, comfortable & fun. Gas Fireplace, 5 Bedrooms, 2.5 Bathrooms, 2 separate Living Room areas. Large Deck with Gas Grill overlooks small brook. Private wooded setting 1/4 mi off Rte 242 with panoramic mountain views once leaves have fallen. Seasonal Pool, Disc Golf, Volleyball, Playground & Hiking Trails a short walk from the house. 3 mi to Jay Peak. Air Conditioning only in large upstairs bedroom (king bed) with desk.

All standard kitchen appliances and stocked with coffee - both a keurig (with at least 5 pods) and ground coffee for a large pot coffee maker. The house is set up with two living room areas so it is great for large groups and families with kids. There are 2 TVs with a variety of stations to access. The lower level family room has games, puzzles, and toys. Starlink wi-fi is fast and cell coverage is good particularly for the Verizon network. The Swimming Pool, Volleyball, 9-hole Disc Golf course (discs provided), Playground and Hiking Trails are all a short walk from house. Pool open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Plenty of bath towels are provided. Pool/beach towels are not.

There is a smart lock so you can arrive any time. We will provide you with the code by 12PM on the day of your arrival.

Hosts (owners), cleaning staff, and property manager are all available for help when needed - messaging through Airbnb, calling, and texting are all options. Please call provided cell phone numbers for anything urgent.

Alpine Haven is a wonderful community with an outdoor pool, hiking trails, beach volley ball court, tennis courts, and frisbee golf.

During winter, vehicles should be fitted with well-functioning snow tires. All-season tires may not be sufficient. There is typically enough parking for 4 vehicles on the driveway. However, with significant snow during the winter and depending on the size of the vehicles, it may only be enough space for two vehicles. No cars are to be parked on the roads at any time particularly during the winter months. There is overflow parking within the Alpine Haven community near the pool area for any vehicles that do not fit in the driveway. Neighborhood is drivable and walkable with hiking trails through the woods. Jay Peak is only a 5-minute drive away.

The house is very thoroughly cleaned in between guests. You can see from the reviews that we have always and will continue to provide a clean place for you to stay. We are happy to accommodate an early check in or late check out when we can.

Up to two pets allowed on main floor only with a pet fee. Please add pets to your booking so that the pet fee can be seen and get applied. No pets are allowed that have exhibited vicious behavior or have any biting history.
Please remove shoes inside.

Please do your best to keep pets from going to the top floor (all carpeted). A gate is installed to help keep pets from going up carpeted stairs.
